I don't go to Cafe Provence very often but I've never been disappointed. The service is as good as the food........Outstanding! I might add that the French Onion Soup is to die for. For me, it's a meal all in it's self.

Celebrated a fruends birthday. They git the Salmon. I got the pumpkin ravioli from the vegetarian menu. Carrot cake was delicious too. Its my #1 favorite KC restaurant!

This is the most elegant restaurant in this area and of course our favorite, the servers, the food all wonderful, there is one but, please turn off the overhead music it is annoying and unnecessary, we like to have quite conversations.

Our server was a 2nd generation family member of the owners and provided top notch service with many helpful suggestions. Our party of four requested seating in a booth, which was honored, and it provided a cozy and intimate atmosphere for our sisterly gathering. Cafe Provence is where I take out-of-town guests because I know there won't be any disappointments. I can't wait to go back!

Cafe Provence is always a good experience with wonderful food! I love the atmosphere here - so quaint. I had the prix fixe Tuesday dinner which was pork chop with a wonderful sauce. Chop was super tender despite being thick, cooked just right and very flavorful. The celery root and apple soup - an interesting combination I wouldn't have thought of - was excellent and I would definitely order it again. My husband had the halibut - always a great 'go to' and it didn't disappoint. The date with blue cheese and bacon aperitif was very good and a little rich. I really didn't see or taste the bacon but if you like dates, give this one a try. This place will not disappont and will keep you coming back.
