Bare minimum portions, even though the teens in front of us and behind us got completely full burrito bowls. They barely filled half of each bowl. Not going back to that one, they’ve done this several times now.

Ordered carryout online. In store experience was ok but they did not get the order right and the portion sizes were very small, even on items that were selected as “extra”. Several hard pieces of chicken. Barely any chicken in either bowl. It is frustrating that the quality of food and execution of order varies so much every time.

Sergio is incredibly unpleasant. Not only to the customers but to the employees as well. His volume, his demeanor, his impatience, everything. It definitely make me not want to return to this location.

I’ve been going to this chipotle since it opened. Always fire and tonight was no exception. I had an awesome bowl with all the fixings. This is the best chipotle in KC…. If you disagree argue with a wall

This experience was definitely better than our usual location, (which we have sworn off for now!) but something is off with Chipotle. For the past 4-5 months, we have noticed a change in the chicken—and not for the better. Chipotle used to be one of our fast-casual go-to’s, but sadly, I don’t think that it will be anymore.
Upside: ordered through the app and food was ready right on time, and during a busy mealtime. Worker greeted me immediately and seemed friendly…But burrito was not wrapped securely, and we were disappointed in our burrito and bowl. If this were our first time, we’d probably say, “That was pretty good. And a great value!” But compared to what it used to be—what we fell in love with—the chicken is no longer there. What has happened to that perfectly seasoned and fire-grilled, charred deliciousness?!? I have reached out to corporate before, and got no answers.☹️ Soooo, it must be gone forever.

Guy got mad bc I was on my phone and he gave me barley any food keep in mind the other bowls that my friends got had a lot more food then mine and was rude about it after i told him I was not doing anything besides on my phone
