Jersey Mike's Subs

80% of the time that I order - it’s wrong. I order online mostly, the sandwich has its ingredients listed online. So I only put add ons in the special instructions. If I order extra meat and don’t get it I’m told by the employees I need to put it in the special instruction. Shouldn’t you see it? If the sandwich comes with lettuce and I order a bowl, I don’t get lettuce and told I’m suppose to put it in the special instructions. Like what? Oh and if I toggle no cheese (because I’m allergic) sometimes I get the sandwich without BUT if I get the sandwich with cheese I’m told to put in the special instruction? So I guess if anyone’s order online I would just put how you want your sandwich COMPLETELY in the instruction section since that sounds like the only way your sandwich will be correct in this location, I’ve gone to other locations and have NEVER had a problem with my online order

I have been a long term fan of Jersey mikes. This was by FAR the worst one I have ever been to. The service was abysmal. They didn’t ask what I wanted on the sandwhich, then when I asked to add the ingredients they said no. I literally laughed in disbelief. What an awful location. Will not be back.

I stopped to grab a couple subs. The girl in the middle who was assembling the sandwiched was definitely new and stumbling a bit. The other 2 staff were great. Smiling and friendly. Highly suggest this location!

I placed an order online in the special instructions asked for lite onions, peppers, add jalapeños. Extra Chipotle mayo, lettuce & pickles on the side. I received the driest sandwich ever. Nothing I requested was provided. I filled out a customer service concern, because the sandwich was so bad. What I received was an apology. No hey here's a free cookie for your inconvenience, or let us replace your sandwich. This was not my normal JM, there were several orders from people in our office. Which over 1/2 had concerns about their food. When I responded to the customer service rep she advised replacing my sandwich was not an option & it's based on an individual experience. They have received my last dime. I hope it was worth it. Anytime someone suggest sandwiches for lunch I will remind them as to why we will NOT ever order from Jersey Mike's again. If you dont value me as a consumer, I won't spend my money in your store.

This place is a joke. What is the point of putting in a order for a future pick up and when you get there to pick it up, you have to wait about 30 minutes PASSED your time to get it? Don't waste your time here. Drive about a mile down to go to firehouse subs.

Took 30 minutes to give me an order I did ahead. They also managed to get two fulls lines worth of people out the door in that time. Unimpressed.

The food is pretty good I can't really complain but at the same time I don't think I can give any reason that their food is any better or different than competitors and the price is absolutelyridiculous tbh half sub and chips is $16+ like woah that's crazy, maybe those prices are OK in Jersey Mike but here in the Midwest we can get 100 different sub sandwiches with the same quality as yours considering this seems to be a watered down over priced Goodcents copycat but again the food was pretty good and the service was OK if you enjoy teenage kids bad mouthing a coworker that seemed to be fired or let go earlier in the night and they planned on not doing their best work on the close that night as they were going to blame it on the coworker that was let go. Good plan fellas maybe just wait for customers to not be present while concocting your plan unless that's the Jersey way because as we know Jersey has a high bar of standards lol to bring this all together the food is good but can be found just about anywhere the price is outrageous and the service is lacking experience but if you like a good drama they might entertain you a bit. Now that I think of it, this is exactly what I expect from a place called Jersey Mike's. I give this place a Fist Pump and then Fawgetaboutit! 🤌

Please be aware that if you have allergens they may not follow instructions on the app ordering system. I have ordered here dozens of times and they have gotten my order incorrect. You have to physically go in person to make sure they do it correctly.

Everyone was very nice and the food is good, but we went in person and there were only 3 people in front of us. They prioritized mobile orders instead of people in line causing our ordering to take over 20 minutes. I came in with a friend and they split us up by making mobile orders between us which made my friend wait longer for my order to be done. I have always come to this location because everyone is friendly, but I spent my whole lunch break waiting in line. If I come back I’ll be ordering online since those orders get made first.

The food is delicious but the service is horrible. Workers need manners, and to learn how to be friendly. I am a paying customer and I believe I should feel welcomed. I’ve been twice here and both times have been horrible service. First time around they stole my debit card and second time around didn’t offer to give me a bag for my subs and when I asked for one they made it seem as if it was a hassle.
