I get there when they open on my lunch break. They say 10 mins till foods ready. 20 mins pass and foods still not ready and my break is over. Waste of time. They need to get their stuff together it’s crazy to take that long AFTER opening to have food ready.

I am new to Panda Express! I LOVE the value. Panda is half the price of our local place, and the food hits the spot, it is always fresh and hot. We get the big family pack and eat it for a couple days for lunch. & dinner. :)

Every now and then ill get a tray that is stone cold and not fresh, or they wont listen to the order via drive through and give me something wrong. I don't know if them not hearing clear enough through their side or not but its always a problem one way or another.
There will be times ill ask for sauces, specifically the sweet and sour and they give me all soy sauce, like ???
I would just like to have a decent meal, not a struggle.

Order typically on Uber eats. They NEVER put any sauces in the bag and I ALWAYS ask. The food today was minimal for the price. Usually it’s pretty good. Please read all of the notes. I just wanted some soy sauce. I will likely not order from here again since I cannot trust Pandas team are mindful about completing each order.

Today, as I attempted to order a meal from this location, the individual taking my order informed me that the super greens were not yet available and to wait to the side as I would be served once the super greens had come up. This did not occur. Once the woman had the new batch of super greens, she attempted to continue to serve three people behind of me. That was enough for me to walk out of this restaurant, and to never concern myself with this location a day in my life. I will not be back this location cannot refund me for a waste of my time.

They have the vegan Beyond orange chicken again!! We stopped by yesterday and what appeared to be the manager was super helpful and kind to my daughter with our order (double protein) and me (making sure to order it the most economical way). We will be back!
