They asked me for over $20 for half a sandwich and a cup of soup with a bread bowl. Ridiculous! It was $8 for half a sandwich. It was over $15 for the pick 2. There is nothing about Panera that equals these Ridiculous prices. I have no intention of returning until the prices are reasonable.

I tried ordering breakfast for my daughter and I. I told the lady at the counter what I wanted. My daughter told her about her soup she wanted. I never got a receipt. I go to pick up our order. It was the wrong sandwich. It wasn't even a breakfast sandwich.
I was being polite and nice about it. The staff who make your order and call your name. We're arguing at me not with me. I wasn't arguing. They kept showing me a receipt of an order that wasn't mine.
They finally decided to make what I ordered and it was only half of it. I spent $30.00+ there this morning. Literally felt ripped off. Also in order to report this on their site. You need an order number. I never received a receipt to have for this order number!
The floors are cracked, soda machine barely works. Carpet is filthy as well. This place needs to be revamped and re-staffed or just close up.

I was stressing for last minute breakfast options for a 40 person group. I called shortly after 6am on a Saturday and Kasey, one of the managers, was just so kind and helpful. She hooked us up with a large order of fresh goodies within AN HOUR of calling. Highly recommend! She was just wonderful! We’ll be catering from her going forward.
