Great service. Clean and super easy to park right by store. This area is very bougie so I assume that's why the reviews aren't great. My experience was as good as any other Starbucks.

My wife enjoyed one of the best mochas we have ever ordered. It was a delightful combination of chocolate taste with coffee. The staff was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere inside is open and inviting. We are drank her mocha outside, in a very nice area.

Robin has too much attitude and very unfriendly. Starbucks on 4050 w 83rd st has much friendlier staff.

FILTHY. Trash by the front door was so full, it was overflowing. When I informed members of the staff about it, I was told "we don't have anything to do with the trash." (??) How hard is it to grab a trash bag and put on a pair of gloves and at least empty part of the trash so that it's not overflowing? Most of its just coffee cups. I had to use the restroom before ordering coffee and it was GROSS. I didn't find out until after I used the toilet that there was no toilet tissue AT ALL. ARRGGGH! By that time, I felt like this place was so filthy that it was probably in violation of the Health Department code and left without ordering anything. Stay away from this place unless you like germs.
Michael is a an absolute gem. Always remembers my name, helped my friend when is car was hit in the parking lot and overall just great energy to be around! Give this man a raise.

Fast and friendly:)
Ordered a cold brew with cinnamon powder on it which they forgot. When I asked that they put it on they were extremely condescending about it. I also ordered a flat white and I'm not sure what they did but it tasted absolutely terrible. One of the worst Starbucks experiences I've ever had.
