Beautiful inside, so fresh and airy. The staff is very friendly and personable. I picked up a to-go order and it was my first impression. I looked around the grab and go area and grabbed some hummus, it looked delicious.
I ordered the avocado toast. 7-8/10. I loved the fresh dill and the bread was delicious. However, I felt like the tomatoes maybe needed to be quartered instead of halved, because they were a little too big and kept falling off.
The avocado spread doesn’t look like it’s made in house—if it is, it looks like Holy Guacamole or something similar. I’d rather have fresh avocado just smashed into the bread. I also think the entree could have benefitted from some thin sliced red onion on top, and maybe some balsamic?
There’s definitely potential here, especially in such a beautiful neighborhood. But I feel like if I’m going to spend $10+ on an avocado toast, the avocado at least should look a little more fresh.

Good snack variety for kids.
This place being where it is definitely makes me feel too poor to want to come back. Food was alright.
The Market at Meadowbrook is such a gem! Their gluten-free macaron options and chia seed pudding are absolutely delicious, and it feels so good to have treats I can enjoy without worry. The outdoor atmosphere is adorable and makes it the perfect stop during a walk in the park. It’s such a cozy, uplifting spot that always leaves me smiling. I love having this place nearby!
This place has become one of my all-time favorite cafés in KC, and I come here all the time for studying. Whatever the time of day is, they have great food and snacks, and the live music on the weekends is a great touch. I can get here in the early afternoon and have a coffee, and have a glass of wine during happy hour if I'm there long enough. The only thing I wish they would add would be some type of loyalty or rewards program where points could add up to a free pastry or free coffee or something. I would definitely utilize it!

Awesome, patio absolutely nice
Pretty good and unique overall. Wonderful location, joyful space and staff. Love the aesthetic and the food and coffee is good. Fun Fairway Creamery items in a fridge as well. No breakfast burritos which is a shame. C'mon. But it's fine. Been there twice, and you bet your bottom dollar a third trips a coming. When? God knows. I don't. Had my wedding reception in the park adjacent to it. Always a fun time in the Meadowbrook area. I'd also recommend the film Interstellar, quality cinema.

Refreshing salad and beautiful bread and butter! I loved this quick lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating with lots of options. The interior is very cute with several items for sale while you wait in line. Would love to return soon!

We normal enjoy this place. But today we returned after a months absence to be blasted by System of a Down songs and reduced seating areas. I can forgive the seating area thing and know this place is constantly trying to figure out what it is, but blasting aggressive metal music is the wrong direction and makes no sense, not to mention killing any vibe the scenery tried to create. I hope ownership sees this and corrects course.
I lived in NYC for a couple years and missed the bodega tuna melts. Not anymore. This place had the absolute best tuna melts I have ever had. I also had an amazing tart, and the fact that the highlight of my review is a tuna melt should tell you something—new favorite spot.

This is a great little coffee shop right off of the park and hotel. Coffee's good, but what you really want to try is the orangeade and the lemonade. Very fresh!

The chicken Caesar salad wrap is the bomb.com. Great little market to grab lunch or a coffee in the center of Meadowbrook. Tables are small and not a ton of power outlets, but fairly quiet so a nice spot to read or work.

The cutest coffee shop and market located next to a park with a paved trail found: Market at Meadowbrook. This is the perfect spot to go for a morning coffee, delish pastries, fresh sandwiches, and tasty grab & go items. Did I mention the adorable patio seating!? The patio and the paved trail next to this coffee shop is a great way to spend a weekend morning. We went to the Market at Meadowbrook on a weekend morning and enjoyed some coffee, a pastry, and a focaccia, prosciutto, and arugula special. Make sure to check out the market at Meadowbrook asap!

This place is an absolute gem. You’d only know about it if you’re either loaded or you fell out of the sky and landed there by accident.
I mean this place was niceeee. The drinks were a good price, the service was great, they had a live band and the restroom? THE RESTROOM WAS HAD LOTION?? IN A PUBLIC RESTROOM? Too fancy for my cheap ass.
I’d totally recommend this place if you’re trying to impress someone—or if you’re just trying to impress yourself because, someone’s gotta pretend you’re interesting, and it might as well be you.
