“We were driving from Colorado to Texas and randomly found Melanie’s—so glad we did! It’s a cozy, made-to-order Asian spot with super tasty food. The sizzling adobo is a must-try! Portions are big enough to share, prices are reasonable, and everyone there was super friendly, including the owner. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area!“
