“The customer service on the phone was good, at the desk was friendly and excellent, desk attendant was patient with me and allowed me to pay with 2 different methods; my room upon opening the door smelled fresh and clean; bed linens were clean, bathroom clean; no cobwebs or bugs in corners of ceiling; tv, microwave, refrigerator all worked well; pleasant experience & great value !“
