This Starbucks is located inside of a Price Chopper. I should start there because frankly I always have worse experiences when starbys is located inside another business. I needed to stop here on my way out of town for a few things I had forgotten and to snag a breakfast sandwich for the road. What drove me nuts about this location was the insane wait. I was in line behind a set of girls who placed their order and then the barista went to work on their drinks without even giving me so much as a glance. It was a solid 10/15 minutes before another employee showed up and asked if I had been helped. My sandwich was made before both of the gals in front of me were done getting their drinks. All in all what could have been a 10 minute stop encroached upon 25 because of poor time management. The sandwich was fine, but overall, given how many starbucks locations there are in KC I'd just go to another one in the future.

Ask for a cold brew coffee with no ice gotta coffee with ice ask for a remake guy at the counter said no he was just gonna take the ice out sorry I don't want water down coffee ask for refund guys as I have to talk to customer service I asked to talk to his manager he went and got a non manager employee she managed to issue my refund without making me go and deal with customer service by myself however I did not ask for random employee I asked for a manager I did not ask him to take out the ice I asked for remake I did not ask for water down coffee I asked for no ice I will not be back to this location

I really like the baristas here. They're very friendly and always make consistently great coffee. This Starbucks doesn't have all the features of the stand alone stores, but it's worth it to be able to get coffee while I grocery shop.
