Showed up as a walk-in and was greeted, but that was it. Waited 10 min and was never acknowledged or informed we had to wait till all the online orders were finished before they would take mine and my daughters. I eventually asked and they informed me they had 3 more to make before they would take mine. Maybe I'm old fashioned but walk-ins should always come first or should be worked in between online orders and not be made to wait l. Walking in ensures that my order is correct as I get to watch them make it.
Unfortunately, Subway has just earned its spot on the list with Sonic here in town for me, not to visit.
I remember growing up loving Subway, now that I'm grown not for sure. The service is so inconsistent, its good one time and not the next. So I guess you get what you get. Maybe maybe not.

We order from here about three times a week over the app. My only gripe is that when We order online. The order is never correct. There is always things left off the sandwich that were requested to be put on the sandwiches. The food quality is good but there's just never enough of it because the ingredients aren't put on properly. If someone can assure me that this can be remedied, I will change this to a five-star review

I order a chicken bacon ranch on Flatbread. They never put the meat all the way to end the pile it in middle. They never put on enough lettuce to go to the edge of sandwich. So in all just really Skimpy on everything. And when you ask for more they give you an attitude.

They will lie and cheat you out of your money. I ordered a Titan Turkey sandwich and they made me a regular turkey, but charged me for the Titan.

Bad food, bad service. Our sandwiches were so terrible, we tossed them in the garbage where they belonged!
Ordered a rotisserie chicken salad on the app and they forgot the chicken… Countless times you go in and they would make a horrible sandwich if you weren’t helping them along the way. Seriously whoever hires and trains these young kids needs to do a better job. These guys aren’t ready for the big whopping job of making sandwiches and salads apparently. Please for the love of god figure it out. If it wasn’t one of the only options in town this subway would be out of business I’m sure. Can’t make a salad or really anything right. Laughably bad.
Best hometown subway I’ve ever been to! The store is always so clean, their cold line is always prepped and topped off with all the ingredients you could ever want to make your own masterpiece!Swing by and ask for ‘Mikey’ and i guarantee you will walk away one happy customer!

I get Rotisserie chicken pepperoni Jalapenos and shredded cheese on white Bread an love it. But the only thing that does suck is I ha e to go in store to order it because it won't let me do it online
