There were 2 people working at the time and neither of them asked me to order so needless to say I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

We ate at the Subway in Russell KS on July 3rd 2024. They made my granddaughter sandwich wrong and was just going to scrap the mustard off that she didn't order and I told the girl that she wouldn't eat it. They finally made another sandwich for her. The ice machine in the pop machine had no ice in it. Would of been nice if there had been an out of order sign on it. They finally did offer to get us ice after about 10 minutes. So I wasn't very happy with the service since it cost me almost 36 dollars

Friendly staff, fresh food, and clean dining room. Unlike many Subways on I-70, this location is not in a truck stop so I think the quality is better.

It's subway, so we're not talking gourmet food here. But as Subway restaurants go, this one is exceptional. I've visited twice in the last week. The staff are friendly and positive and they are ON TOP of cleaning! My mom left her glasses, and she called to see if they had them and they are shipping them to her!
