Staff seemed very grumpy. When coming in to pick up online order never ordered thru the app before. Didn't get greater or anything until I asked for pick up online order and was told over by the door. That was it not a thank u nothing.

We ate at the Subway in Russell KS on July 3rd 2024. They made my granddaughter sandwich wrong and was just going to scrap the mustard off that she didn't order and I told the girl that she wouldn't eat it. They finally made another sandwich for her. The ice machine in the pop machine had no ice in it. Would of been nice if there had been an out of order sign on it. They finally did offer to get us ice after about 10 minutes. So I wasn't very happy with the service since it cost me almost 36 dollars
