I’ve always been hesitant of trying fish in Kansas. I grew up in Florida and have had some good sushi there. I was beginning to worry I wouldn’t experience fresh sushi once I moved to Kansas. Firefly does not disappoint. They have the best sushi in the state of Kansas (in my opinion). I especially love their lemon rolls! I also enjoy their Philadelphia and Crunchy rolls. Nice place with a lot of variety. Everything was delicious, from the ramen and sushi, down to the cookies. They have some sushi and various items packaged at the front counter to grab takeout snack. Their menu wasn't finished when we visited, but there were a large variety of items. The interior was very clean with a few simple table options. The restroom was clean and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!
