This is a rare find in north east Kansas- a Mexican restaurant that has great service AND Great food. Everything was VERY clean and the waiters were very attentive. We will be driving from Manhattan to St. Mary’s just for Mexican food from now on.
My family has been coming to El Corral for two years now and have never had a bad meal. We moved to the area in 2020. The guys that work there are so attentive and accommodating. They make sure my toddler has a good experience as well! We look forward to going every time. Highly recommend the Mexican Style tacos and ChoriQueso dip and if you’re feeling adventurous, the blue margarita!
