Blue Skye Brewery and Eats

My family has been eating at Blue sky ever since they were open and it just has one of the best atmospheres, food, drinks, house brewed beer, that you can find in Salina Monte the owner is down to earth and and strives to keep it a wonderful family restaurant. I just love when I go in there and some people bring their behaved dogs because they are pet friendly such an awesome place 100% recommend peanut butter burger, mushroom Swiss burger, Joe's Pizza, backyard BBQ pizza, chicken bacon ranch pizza, crab rangoon pizza, chicken bacon ranch pizza, or their homemade egg rolls that Monty rolls himself daily.

Stopped in for a beer and appetizer during the weekend of the half marathon last November. Food was good beer was cold. Plenty of seating inside and it was a neat little brewery to stop in at.

Waited 30 min for our waiter to come back and take our order but only came back to take our order once we asked another staff member for help ordering. First time there and we were excited to try the restaurant sadly wasn’t a great experience

It might have been good, but we never found out.as a family of 10, we needed a big table, but all of them had like 2 people sitting at them. seat yourself is annoying😠. went to old Chicago instead.😋

Great little brew pub with a fantastic Greek salad and some fresh beers. Great energy, everyone is happy and the vibe is young and boisterous. Plenty of good local beers. All in all, it’s about as cool a place as one could find in Salina.

Had the oatmeal stout and grilled chicken strawberry salad ... Both were delicious!

Great beer and food. Service was solid but stiff, she went through the motions because she had to. Maybe a bad day?

Hey Salina .. here's a quick shout out to Blue Sky ! Our motorcycle group stopped in for a short 'break' during our latest adventure . The parking was easy , the place was clean and orderly , we were seated shortly after arrival . I had the chicken tacos , fries and a'fire engine red' drink !! The food and fellowship was very tasteful and plentiful ! We were honored to be assigned to Gabrielle; she was very pleasant and beautiful , knew the menu well , and made several suggestions while getting a few samples of the local ales .. we appreciate Gabrielle and the nostalgic atmosphere , keep up the great work ... WHM

Worth the detour!

We stopped here two years ago n on our way home to Colorado. The beer and the food was awesome, so we decided to stop here again on our way home to Colorado - and it didn’t disappoint. I can’t speak highly enough of the food and beers - all are awesome. This time around we had an Italian pizza (great sausage very tasty) and a cheese as well as a cheese bread - all were great and having the honey to dip the crust in was great. We also got a Greek salad - very good - the ingredients were fresh and very tasty! Staff here is also very good and attentive - really the whole experience is just fantastic. Make the drive into town and experience this true gem of the plains - it is well worth it! (The only reason I didn’t add photos is because we devoured everything before we had a chance to take a picture)

I really liked the vibe of this place. The menu was a little quirky but we both found something we liked. The hummus plate comes with homemade "bread" which is really just pizza dough - and it was absolutely yummy. I had the Strawberry Salad with chicken, my son had the tacos. We also sampled their beer. All around, a good, casual dinner in a neat place.

Awesome place for wood fire pizza and cold local beer. Fun atmosphere. Gabrielle was a fantastic server!
