Great food but it sucks when you drive an hour and half to arrive at 5pm on a Saturday to find the doors locked and the place closed during normal business hours. The open sign was on and the sign said open Saturdays from 11am-8pm. Do better Bravo!

This is the BEST quick eats spot in Salina hands down. I am super selective on restaurants and only eat at a handful around here but bravos will always be my go to lunch or yapping with friends. They ALWAYS get my order correct and even just know me when I pull up or come inside. Thank you bravos for being such a great, affordable stop for us!!

Ordered the shareable 6-n-FRIPS. Would highly recommend the Sweet Heat Steak & Scorpion Queen. And the FRIPS are phenomenal - we had ours with Cajun seasoning! Love that the sliders are customizable!

Salina has a true gem in Bravo Sliders-N-Bites! Sorry for no pictures, but that's an indication of how good it was! We got 2 sliders each then 2 frips, which is a combo between a fry and chip. Essentially it's potatoes cut thicker than chips then fried. They have numerous seasonings to chose from, but only 1 per order. Their sliders are good size and 2 was perfect for each of us.
Staff was super friendly, which really topped off the quick stop before getting back on the road.

We had the shrimp po boy and Philly cheesesteak sliders, and an order of onion rings…soft bun that doesn’t crumble, ample toppings and a HUGE selection of sliders, the onion rings were ok but not phenomenal. Didn’t try the frips but will on the next visit!
I traveled almost 1,400 miles for Bravos! The food is absolutely amazing, with a wide variety menu to ensure everyone has something they will enjoy. I highly recommend the BLT, Philly and Cordon Bleu and of course the absolute best their fried green beans with ranch!!! The staff is sooo friendly and go above and beyond to give you the best experience.
