Food was great and didn't have to wait to get in. Staff also to put on any game for you on a tv. Seemed understaffed as refills and getting sauces was a challenge.

We went in for Veterians Day , Our waitress was rude , slow and rude to others,and rude to other severs she worked with. My husband is a veterian. So to be missed treated on that day is sad. I wont be visiting there agian .

Just ordered from Uber, the Uber guy done great and perfect timing, I'm right next to buffalo wild wings, but my wings tasted like they were sitting for several hours! They don't taste bad I just can't believe I paid that much for cold wings that tasted old

Was there at the table for 15minutes and was never waited on. Not even a drink order was taken. Very disappointed with the service of this establishment.
Food quality and wait times have fallen off a cliff in the past couple of years. I don't enjoy taking the family here anymore. The kitchen tossed mild wings in the same pan as the spicier sauce of another order. Not worth talking with management as they are apathetic and unwilling to address issues.

I will NEVER be going to this buffalo wild wings again. To start off, we were never greeted when we arrived to the table where the waiter/waitress stands to take you to your table. After 5-10 minutes of being seated, we were finally asked if we wanted drinks and an appetizer. The drinks arrived shortly after and while we were waiting for our appetizer, it was very noticeable that the staff was not trying at all to make buffalo wild wings feel like a welcoming atmosphere. 10 minutes later we ordered our food and all started wondering where our appetizer was. 10 minutes went by, then 20, then 30 and we almost left. We all decided if the appetizer wasn't out within the next 15 minutes then we would leave. when the food finally arrived to our table, the entrees were served and we were told that they forgot to put our appetizer order in. They put no effort in to make the situation right or even show that they cared about their customers, one of my worst experiences at a chain restaurant.
