Probably the worst wings I have ever had. They came out and all were drums, no flats. The sauce on them was warm, but the wings themselves were basically room temperature, if not cold. On top of it, they were overcooked. Absolutely terrible! My first time in six years at a Buffalo Wild Wings and probably my last for six more years. Do better!

We had a craving for BWW tonight but live 45 min away. Their website says they close at 11. It was 9:45. We hopped in the truck and made a run for it. We walked in at 10:30.. to our dismay,, the manager tells us, "my kitchen is closed". It was 10:30, we were a bit peeved. I said, " look, your site online says you're open till 11:00.we just drive 45 min to get here, if you're gonna close at 10:30 then that's what you should put on your website. The manager looked at me and said, " you're right... And waved us over to a table. We ordered wings , fries and onion rings. All of it was hot, fresh and tasted perfect. Exactly what we were craving and had driven all that way for. Kudos to the manager for doing the right thing. I know ita cold and it's late, but if you advertise something like a time or a price or whatever, you stick to it. That's how you do good business. We definitely will be back again (maybe just a little earlier next time). Thank you to the manager and staff that night!

The other day when I went there for a Kansas City Chiefs game they had nothing for their drinks they had no selection of beer but the server was great food was pretty good wasn't very happy about coming in and being told that they didn't have about seven different beers on tap wanted to order a old fashioned they did not have the ingredients for that

Food was good. Service was bad. Only saw our waitress twice I think? Maybe three times. It was late lunch around 2:30. Didn’t seem very busy. maybe they’re training newer people? I’ll give them another shot. I haven’t had this bad of experience there before today so maybe it was just an off day.

Anthony was terrific!! Our service was attentive and quick. We were there later on a Thursday evening, there were other diners but it wasn't packed. One thing I noticed was the music was turned down compared to previous visits and I thought that was a huge improvement. Our food was fast, fresh and tasty (15 Traditional wings -jerk and original buffalo - onion rings, carrots and celery). We had an enjoyable experience

Never got our water refilled and had to ask 3 times for extra napkins, after waitress walked by us several times. One guests Michelob did not taste good at all, didn't even drink it. Everyone noticed the sticky residue in the middle of the tables from a previous sticker that was there. GooB Gone would remove it. Not a great dining experience.
Have eaten here a lot over the past couple of years. This experience was terrible. It was around 2 pm, and they weren't busy. No servers and the bar tender worked our table. It took 45 minutes to get our food, and the kitchen lost our appetizer order. Then, when we asked and complained, we got the appetizer AFTER we had eaten all of our food, and they still tried to charge us for the appetizer. Something needs to change in this store.

Placed an order on the app for pickup. Got my order and it was poorly prepared. Special order was for my wings to be crispy and they weren’t. The wings were ordered lemon pepper and there was obviously barely any seasoning on them. Then I added cheese to my tots, yeah what a waste of money. Jobs like these are really a disappointment and especially when they’re continuously screaming for higher pay. Yet, they can’t follow basic requests. I will not be ordering from here again.

We’re currently here waiting. After 30 mins and half of us getting our food, they come to tell us the wings bone in and boneless are frozen and it will take 20 mins to get the rest of our wings. We asked for a free appetizer while we wait and the manager informed the waitress the best they can do is a 15% off the appetizer. The waitress was even upset the manager did this. It’s my sons birthday so we’re waiting, but we will just go to wing stop next time.

Food took forever, queso was cold and watery, beer was warm, and staff was incapable of keeping up with a pretty standard Saturday night. This location is incredibly disappointing (the girl that was bussing tables did seem to be working really hard).
