During the day maybe structured and great place but as for the evening well our group didn't even get a chance to find out. what we seen going on was alarming enough we decided to go another route.

This place used to be great, but since covid it has gone downhill. It's a hangout for the homeless (the on the crazy kind), there are never enough employees, it always seems dirty. I've gotten my impossible burger deep fried with no toppings on it before. It's much better to go to the South 9th location.

i normally don’t write reviews but wow the lady who works late at night was the sweetest and will get you right! I waited for a bit which i didn’t mind. Went Above and beyond by adding some cookies along with my order!

Worked late and hadn’t eaten here in years. I had the Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich for 6.59$. Burger King has changed quite a bit. Flavor was ok. The meat on the sandwich was super thin. A shadow of the chicken sandwich the used to have. Burger King food used to taste much better and have way more generous portions. It is priced at 7$ comparable to other fast food offering chicken sandwiches in the area. This is the least bang for a buck you can get in a chicken sandwich. I am unsure of what the corporation that owns the Burger King name is thinking here. They are price gouging and giving the least amount of chicken they can on their sandwiches. This cannot be good for business when their competitors are outperforming them in flavor and now in value/ portion size. I have since eaten there again. Had two whopper junior for 5$. Flavor wasn’t bad and seemed to be a good value.
A code for the bathroom is ridiculous what do they think your going to do in there so you have to stand there and wait for an employee to open the bathroom ridiculous ?
