This was the best burger king I have ever been to! Incredible service (e.g., quick, friendly) and incredibly clean (bathrooms spotless!). We were here around 6pm, I hope this shift of staff gets rewarded for their excellence!!

The food was not as ordered, the receipt had the correct items and customizations, but the food provided did not match. I could not eat the food as it was made, and being that it was a drive thru order, it was not worth the effort and time to go back and get it replaced.

If it was my choice. I would give this restaurant no stars. Employees managers are rude. They do not care about customers. This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Restaurant inside is nasty. They don't take care of the outside, especially when it snows or icy. And they definitely don't care about customers

This location has just accepted that they provide poor service so much that it's become the norm. It really is the poorest service in town and I wish there was a way to encourage corporate to provide some direction.

I stopped buying sides of sausage gravy. It appears they don't keep it stirred and it thickens to consistency of wall paper paste. It gets lumps other than sausage. The taste is fair but I add salt and pepper. Biscuits are ok but could be more light and fluffy and not so brown on top.
Kid-friendliness: It's nice the kids can play so it's a family place to enjoy.
