The food was not as ordered, the receipt had the correct items and customizations, but the food provided did not match. I could not eat the food as it was made, and being that it was a drive thru order, it was not worth the effort and time to go back and get it replaced.

If it was my choice. I would give this restaurant no stars. Employees managers are rude. They do not care about customers. This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Restaurant inside is nasty. They don't take care of the outside, especially when it snows or icy. And they definitely don't care about customers

This location has just accepted that they provide poor service so much that it's become the norm. It really is the poorest service in town and I wish there was a way to encourage corporate to provide some direction.

I wasn't going to make a review, but this is my 7th visit to this location. The staff is very friendly, and courteous. They constantly give excellent customer service. Excellent Job every time. This is my favorite Burger King!!

I stopped buying sides of sausage gravy. It appears they don't keep it stirred and it thickens to consistency of wall paper paste. It gets lumps other than sausage. The taste is fair but I add salt and pepper. Biscuits are ok but could be more light and fluffy and not so brown on top.
Kid-friendliness: It's nice the kids can play so it's a family place to enjoy.
The people at Burger King don't really care for the safety of their customers, when they can't even clean up a spill that has been there for longer than 30 minutes.

Went to Burger King on Iron street in Salina KS. They have a 8 minute wait on Chicken wraps, I think they forgot, the fast food service.

My Mom and I went into Burger King in Salina,KS today around 5:45 we were the only customer's there. No one was in sight to help us we could hear them visiting in the back but no one came to help us. My Mom hollered Hello loudly 3 different times before a very rude lady came up front. We told her we had hollered 3 different times and she very unfriendly told us their was only the two of them there and they were busy well we were the only two customer's there. She was very hateful taking our order. I wanted to just leave but my Mom was mad by that time. I watched them fix our food. Mom ordered a fish sandwich and I ordered a chicken sandwich watched them pull each out of like warming drawers not fresh old. Also ordered onion rings that were not crispy at all. Another older couple came in after us got same treatment the older gentleman asked her if it was her 1st day she wasn't very happy about that. Watched her help 3 other customer's I think she needs a job where she doesn't have to work eith the public. Won't be going back I like friendly people and fresh food. We don't know how long those had been sitting in the drawers. Oh she also removed her name tag before I could see her name am sure she heard me say I wanted her name.

Gotta love the fact Burger King can never make a HOT burger. It is almost always room temperature ?. It was also very gross hiring someone who does drugs while on the job serving food and customers.. but I guess that is America..muh freedom..?

Service was not good on Sunday July 14 at 5:15!!! Maybe suggest the employees not get high before or during work! Completely high out of their minds!!
