NOW THEY’RE JUST AN AFTERNOON SNACK PLACE based on portions… looking forward to a corporate BOT replying…., telling me to contact them so they can “help” ????

Terrible customer service. They messed up a delivery order so badly I’m still confused by it. On top of that you can’t even call into the store you get a stupid automated msg telling you to talk to a chat bot. Foolish I thought the chat bot would help and by gosh they gave me a free side of Guacamole. Thanks I’ll make sure to put it on the white rice you delivered to me…..

Very dirty, food all over the tables, on the floors, in the kitchen counters. Trash overflowing and floor looked as though it hadn't been swept in quite sometime. People were nice and food was good, just hope the sanitation from what I saw won't cause a problem after I have eaten from unclean kitchen.

It's a Chipotle. I don't like the food here but my brainwashed kids think it's the best. Service was okay but it's fast food service. Restaurant was packed and the line moved quickly.

Haven't been to Chipotle in probably about 2 years and now I remember why we don't go anymore. 1 bowl with rice and steak(asked for extra steak and I got 5 extra pieces because the bowl was empty charged almost $6 for that) and 2 burritos and chips and queso. $56! Outrageous for mediocre food at best. Could have gone and sat down somewhere and had better food for that price.Way overpriced for food that's not worth $56.

My partner and I have passed through Salina a couple times over the last year and a half on our roadtrips. Both times (one time at lunch and another late at night) the food was consistent, fresh, and flavorful. The staff are kind, patient, and positive. This is one of the better Chipotle locations we’ve ever eaten at!Vegetarian options: Protein: SofritasVeg: Fajita veggies and/or guacamole (and when you order the veggie bowl, it’s no extra charge?)Dietary restrictions: We’re both vegan and found our options to be plentiful. We’ve encountered locations out of sofritas, guacamole, and fajita veggies before, leaving our online order bowls slim and the refund process a headache.Parking: Shared parking lot with another lunch spots but we didn’t have trouble finding parking.

This one in Salina was amazing. Staff was kind and understanding toward how I wanted my food. Even though they were busy they didn't rush me and made my order perfectly. Hope to go back
I ordered a few sides of meat. First, Carne Asada wasn't ready. Second, they were supposed to be 6oz (according to worker), but pretty sure they were only 4oz, and not very full at that. And last, ordered a side of queso and found I was billed for Guatemala (about twice the price). Overall I think I spent just under $20 and got about half the amount of meat I was expecting. Would have been much better off ordering a steak somewhere.
