We had an amazing experience at Dairy Queen today, and it was all thanks to the staff! Amy went above and beyond to make sure our meal was absolutely perfect. Service is quick. Always offer my dog a pup cup. Service counter is crowded with the drink machine, ketchup, etc. We sit outside, good shade and room for our family and dog. $7 meal deal is a great price for a meal and ice cream.

Ice cream was soggy when they handed it to me. Had to wait 20 min in car drive through to pick up and order I put in via the app. Wouldn't complain, as I did see a school bus in their parking lot, but I didn't even get an attempt at an apology for the wait.
