Voted best bbq in Salina not possible with what we ate, the brisket was soaking in water with no taste, the loaded baked potato was just taste less..never will go again. People said they were under new ownership, still no excuses..Parking: Food was horrible that's why there is plenty of parking..

Although I work here in Salina, I would eat at hogwild in Wichita(s. Rock rd ) about once a month. Our food has great smoke flavor, ribs fall off the bone. I enjoy working here, we have a great g.m and we're getting our staff locked in with great people who want to provide quality BBQ for people to enjoy. I've had customers come in and tell us that they are from all over the state and when they come through we are the bbq place to stop and eat and usually buy extra racks or ribs or pounds if meat for when they get home. If your looking for catering we got you covered to. Pick up, delivered or ever served were your guys!..but don't be late we close at 8 lol!. Have a blessed day people.and come enjoy some BBQ with us

One star is all this place needs for it's poor service I believe it was sometime in January and we were on the road headed South on 35 and needed a bite to eat It was about 8:00 pm and we made the mistake of pulling into the drive thru We sat in line for exactly 28 minutes until it was our turn at the pickup window and then sat there for another 13 minutes We ordered 2 Carolinas with EXTRA napkins since we were on the road eating it in the car. We had just hit the road and got into the bag to find ONE Carolina and one bun with some pork on it and NOTHING else. Really? I asked again at the window when (Derick) handed me the bag if there were extra napkins and home heavy set fella said yes. (Derick) tried to help but the other guy was a complete jerk acting like he couldn't handle the pressure of 5 cars in the drive thru and little to NO ONE inside. And to make things better yet, IT WAS ALL ICE COLD, not just the slaw on the one but the bun, meat, and all of it. So I called back and they said they were sorry, which really sucked and they would get us one if we stopped there again and took my name. They weren't even busy except the drive thru and the product SUCKED customer service SUCKED Do yourself a favor folks next time you get a little hungry and pass this sorry excuse of a restaurant by. My family owned a carry out restaurant for 35 years and NEVER put out garbage like this food and service. William Edgar

Nice enough people and place. Not much more than electric smoker, yuppie bbq, city folks might be fooled by it. Anyone that knows, knows. A pellet smoker does not BBQ make. Sorry, not sorry.

Meats absolutely don't taste like they're smoked and cooked at this store. When I eat at a BBQ (smoked meats) I can smell the smoking and I don't smell anything coming from here. I'm pretty sure things are pre packaged and it's just microwaved here.
Manager was excellent, crew was excellent and food was amazing. Will definitely return!
