The hostess with the blue / black hair has the personality of a slug. Absolutely oblivious when it comes to customer service and communication!! And clearly not showered or hair brushed before her shift. Other than that it was decent food but a little overpriced.

Busy w Veterans Day customers (thank you). Very efficiently run location w orders taken, delivered, and tables turned over. For some silly reason, Ihop requires a phone app to fully use their Veterans offering (Boo). All in all, a great breakfast/lunch/dinner location. I will return.

The Service absolutely sucked when we got in we got seated immediately, but our server was the worst server in the entire world I have ever met. Serenity our server took our order and our drinks, gave us our food and then never looked at us again nor asked us how our food or how we were doing and then we were done eating. We put our plates in the middle of the table so that she would know that we were done and ready for our ticket. We waited over 15 minutes for our ticket just for it to never come so we went to counter and checked out when we did that we got a meal that came with two sides and she charged us for those two sides, even though we weren’t supposed to be charged for those. She either needs to be fired or get better at her job and know what she is doing. That was the worst experience ever. Do better

Went in around 6pm last Friday. Took several minutes before we were noticed, were never greeted. Staff acted irritated we came in. The restaurant was very dirty including the table we were sat at. Server was very short and rude. Food did not come out correctly, server walked away when asked to fix it. Overall, the worst service and dining experience we have had in years. I won't be back.

Undercooked burgers, Hair hidden in the food as if it was a unwanted treasure hunt multiple pieces of hair in my and my wife's food and then the waitress and manager got pissy rolled their eyes and were seemingly angry and us for bringing it to their attention do better for your community you are not adhering to SafeServe Standards and it will result it someone being sick we left not even 10 minutes and my wife was already puking ive ate some awful things in my military career and this was definitely the worst thing ive consumed since

There was a very large group of us in the middle of the night. The staff tried. Several orders were completely forgotten and those people still had to pay full price. There was suppose to be a special fee for the group, per previous year's, this was acknowledged from the start, communication lapsed somewhere. My eggs personally were not cooker per order. It was gross all around. My 1st and last time ever eating at an IHOP.
My sister and I decided to stop in for a bite to eat while our daddy was having surgery. The server that we have unfortunately I do not remember her name, she was so kind and so sweet and I needed that and she didn't even know that you know we were going through something and I had a moment and I broke down and she did not hesitate to comfort me. I work in the food industry as well and having compassion and just a listening ear it really does go a long way. I wish that I knew her name but I honestly cannot remember, if you get this message you'll know who you are, you are amazing and my sister and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Please keep that energy always
