Thank goodness the food was good after waiting 30 minutes. Said it was busy, but wasn't at all. Most staff sitting and visiting with each other. Was sadly disappointed with entire visit. Will not pick this one again.

JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Russell’s Resturant has way better food and service than this place!!!We went for breakfast and we got sat right away but waited 10 mins for our server to whisper to us “ Can I get you something to drink?” It was not a full restaurant by any means…When she can back with our coffee she took our orders. I then discovered my mug obviously had ladies pink lip stick on it. Sure it came off with a napkin but I still didn’t want to drink out of it after seeing that. I didn’t even get the chance to ask for a different mug because our server was not around! We didn’t see her again until the food came and when we got the food it was also an experience. I had asked for turkey sausage- I got pork. My husband asked to sub bacon with his sausage on the breakfast sampler and it came with only bacon- rather than bacon and ham and we had to ask for butter because our pancakes didn’t come with butter on them which is not typical for ihop. Thankfully we were an le to ansk for the butter before she walked away because she did not come back around until she was ready to give us the check.The service was honestly just horrible. Every server was standing around talking for a majority of our time there but I will say most would go and check on their tables whereas our serve did not.

Upon entering we had 4 people tell us someone would be with us in a moment .... Waited 6 minutes to be seated there was no line!. Booth we sat at was dirty..syrup container was dirty, walls were dirty and the booth dividers were very dirty. You could hear the waitresses complaint about the cooks "and they wonder why we get mad at them" few of the waitresses need training on customer service! For the price we paid wasn't a pleasant experience

Wonder service and amazing food those cooks definitely know what they are doing those omelettes are huge and delicious and the servers are very nice!!!!Parking: They have handicap parking which is amazing and curbside parking for people who order online which is also helpful and there is a lot of space to park
