How about wait till customer's are gone to shake mats out, We're eating and girl starts shaking mats out right by us, BIG dust cloud....not sanitary. 7\8\2024 8:00pm. Just gave it another try Wed Aug 7. What a joke, got both are orders wrong...most incompetent

I had placed single order and it took them 45 minutes to come. Prior to them showing up with the order, I had called and they offered store credit. I went into the store and they told me I cannot get my store credit unless I have the rewards. Then, I ordered another online sandwich, which one hour later, nothing came. I called and asked to speak with the manager who never asked me my name. She never apologized and said she would refund my money after I had asked. Sarah was her name and the way she handled it was unprofessional and unapologetic. No reason as to why it never arrived. The whole office where I work will no longer be taking our business there. We use to order couple times per week. Service is terrible.

Placed an @$40 order for Mother's Day weekend, 45 minutes ago that stated I would receive my food within 30 minutes of placing the order. At 45 minutes, I called the store and was told there was golfing, baseball tournaments in town and they had to cater food for them. SO, when the tournanents aren't around and you want business- that's when we get our food on time? Also, was told the driver was busy..OKAY, so your customers don't mean anything, thats great, im happy to spend my 'hard earned' money elsewhere, obviously your company does not need the income. Called at the one hour mark. Received food at 1:10 minutes after ordered. Sadly, they used to be my favorite over other local sandwich shops. Thanks for that. Best of luck.

Love to go here for my sub sandwich cravings! Love their cold sandwiches but would not recommend their new hot sandwich's, especially their meatball. Looks very tasty but sadly enough the bread killed it. It has to be one of the most chewy thing I've had besides gum. Won't order that ever again

After waiting 57 mins for our order to be delivered, I called to let them know there was no cookie. I wasn't even going to ask for a credit because it was a bday reward but I wanted to share how frustrating it is to wait that long and have it be incorrect. The male that answered cut me off before I barely said anything and rapidly and flippantly asked, "Do you want me to just credit you because I'm in the middle of a huge order and can't talk?" I said, "don't worry about it." I then hung up. The store, I assume him, called me back and when I answered the phone, hung up on me. I assume for payback. This isn't the first episode with this store but it is definitely the last. One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had anywhere.
