when I ordered from door dash I was missing items and I called the store to ask if my driver picked up all my items . Was told they would call me back but I knew they wouldn't . I'm sorry you got busy but y'all told me to call y'all back . I tried to handle the issue with door dash and the driver and was completely ignored as well

Me and a friend went through drive through yesterday with a coupon. Daniel served us at the window. REFRESHING to have him there. EXCELLENT employee best customer service there in a while. When a restaurant is not busy and the person in the drive-through taking your order has nothing but attitude and is literally not doing anything besides stocking or cleaning and wants to be rude. That’s bad and poor customer service right there people stop eating at KFC because of the service people didn’t stop eating because of the food they stopped eating because of the service

I had quit ordering from this KFC a while back because of the decline in the food and the service. Recently I decided I was craving their seasoned chicken and potatoes, and I really wanted some of the wedges they brought back. I’m pleased to say that I’ve ordered a few times on DoorDash and also picked up a few times from the drive thru and they have made a comeback. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Juicy chicken tenders, fresh mashed potatoes with perfect gravy. Crispy and hot potatoes wedges. And always a smile at the window. I know it’s got to be an improvement by how the food has also shown up via DoorDash. 10/10 and happy to see that the KFC in Salina is back to the way it’s supposed to be 🙌🏼

Don't order delivery from here. The order is always wrong and you'll have to get out anyway to get the missing items. Then, the manager gives you attitude! So I paid almost 10 dollars in delivery and they did not want to make up for it. Horrible customer service at this location!
The guy I had today was friendly. Made sure my order was ready, made it like I was at home. And thanks to the manager. She gave me a free cake for my order taking longer :)

Can't go wrong with the Colonel. Always great chicken, good sides, and always adding new items to their menu. On this day, the dining room was in good order, neat, clean, and the decor is a nice touch, showcasing the history of the famous chicken.

The service at this location has gone down hill. Today's order was very disappointing, drive thru intercome wasn't working so could not order from menu. Had to order at window, I wasn't sure on item numbers. I just knew I wanted my orders to be all white meat, I think I said it at least 3 times even after he had the order I repeated it again all white then repeated it to another employee as I had some items mixed up with another fast food establishment repeating the order and added all white meat. I get home and only have one order white meat the other order all dark meat. Food was soggy and greasy, we ate what we could but was so disgusted with quality that I threw the thighs out to the feral cats in my neighborhood.
