I have never felt so welcome to an establishment The owner even sat and had a drink with me and my pal had a great conversation I found out that he does cater which will be using him for our next party thanks for the great food and the drinks were amazing

I recommend this place for good Mexican food in Salina. We tried several and just based on atmosphere, you can tell this is the spot to go for real flavor. Birria tacos are amazing as well as the queso and margaritas!! This is my mine and my friends spot for tacos and margs when we are in town!

We came to La Curva a year ago as we were travelling through Kansas and wanted to see if the wonderful experience would still be great. We were not disappointed.
We were quickly seated, and our drink order was taken. There was a slight language gap when we inquired about gluten free options and were able to overcome it. My gluten free bride had the Beef Fajitas, and I had the Chile Colorado. Both of us enjoyed our meals and my wife had to take some of her meal home because it was more than she could consumer at the restaurant.
You do get an authentic Mexican feel during your visit to La Curva. Wonderful, friendly staff who you can tell really enjoy those who walk into their world of wonderful food.
Last time we were their parking was a challenge, but not this time. The restaurant was packed last time and this time as well. I do not know if they take reservations, but you might want to inquire ahead of time if it is a weekend mealtime.
I know the next time we are in Salina; we will be back enjoying their food, employees and atmosphere.
