We came to La Curva a year ago as we were travelling through Kansas and wanted to see if the wonderful experience would still be great. We were not disappointed.
We were quickly seated, and our drink order was taken. There was a slight language gap when we inquired about gluten free options and were able to overcome it. My gluten free bride had the Beef Fajitas, and I had the Chile Colorado. Both of us enjoyed our meals and my wife had to take some of her meal home because it was more than she could consumer at the restaurant.
You do get an authentic Mexican feel during your visit to La Curva. Wonderful, friendly staff who you can tell really enjoy those who walk into their world of wonderful food.
Last time we were their parking was a challenge, but not this time. The restaurant was packed last time and this time as well. I do not know if they take reservations, but you might want to inquire ahead of time if it is a weekend mealtime.
I know the next time we are in Salina; we will be back enjoying their food, employees and atmosphere.

My teenage son and I visited this evening for dinner. He had carne asada tacos and I had quesabirria tacos. Salsa and tortilla.chips to start were very fresh and chips were light and crispy. My quesabirria was excellent! The salsa served with the carne asada tacos was more spice than my son wanted but I found it very delicious. Service was very fast and our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. Two small points we didn't enjoy, neither food related, were that we were seated near the door to the patio section and experienced a heat blast every time the door.was opened and the second was that the initial odor upon opening the front door was offensive. Otherwise, we had a great experience. We came early for dinner (5 pm) and the tables quickly filled up.as we were enjoying our meal.
Went here after Christmas caroling back in 2024 and ran into a friend, overall this place is very delicious
