Now this place is auTHENTIC!!
In town from California so we are spoiled with authentic Mexican foods, was a little concerned but thankfully not disappointed! Carne, carnitas and barbacoa tacos plus extra salsa all sooooo good!!! Thank you!!!
Very good food authentic Mexican food
Great place for authentic Mexican food.
We ordered several dishes and found it all to be very authentic and fresh. The sauces were unique and extremely flavorful. That being said, it would have been nice to have rice and beans, chips and salsa, and a lot more toppings (there was a little lettuce onion and sour cream but no pico). Each taco was about two bites. As a result, I suggest ordering several dishes if you want to get full.
Food was delicious
Beautiful decorations
Food is amazing!. Employees are amazing!. It's what customer service is actually supposed to be like which is very hard to find nowadays.

This small place is beyond legit. Extremely flavorful and made from scratch. Best chips and salsa in town in my opinion. The flavors of their sauces are so complete and authentic, but may be a bit on the spicy side for some who are used to a more Americanized Mexican food. For me this place is a favorite for a sit down meal. I normally get a Carne Asada burrito smothered in Queso along with two street tacos, (one carne, one al pastor.). Al pastor is also top notch and would recommend in any format. I also get a large queso which is as a thin, white cheese elixir. As a family we always have leftover queso and get it to go as midnight queso is what I enjoy on a Saturday. Not many people know of this place, but it holds its own among authentic small Mexican restaurants I have been to. Small lesser known restaurants are where the true food magic occurs. If you want generic food this isn’t it. This is true Mom and Pop Mexican food experience. Also great reheated as I always have leftovers to go and pop it in the oven for an awesome second meal. I was initially reluctant to review this place as was worried it would become too busy for us to come back to. But I figure if people find out about how good the Jerez, is they will just have to open up a bigger space. A+

This is one of the very few legitimate "real" Mexican food joints in Salina, Kansas. Not the Kansa version of Mexican food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately, like everywhere else in Kansas, ADA laws don't apply. So, with some help, you can get in, but you'll need some help if you're alone
