Didn’t even wanna come grab my pizza, cuz the service on the phone was insanely poor; name wasn’t asked, phone number wasn’t asked, nor was I told the time, I don’t ever complain but damn y'all are so consistently bad it’s mind boggling

Got my food and the pizza was still doughy inside, tried to call to get it resolved, and no one answered so I came up to the store and the young boy at the front was very sweet and apologetic, but when he took it back the woman (believe he said her name was Arlene or something like that) tried saying it was just cheese from the stuffed crust, but THE ENTIRE PIZZA WAS DOUGH not just the crust, and she sent him back up front to give it back to me. I said no absolutely not and ripped the pizza apart to show more evidence of the dough, and embarrassed myself in the process (I don't normally act like this) but I don't care. If you're really the manager, your number one job is to resolve the issues, not argue and create more issues. And there several other reviews of the same issue on here. This manager needs restraining in customer service.

Waited a hour for 1 pizza and then after waiting they give somebody else our pizza. The worker walks out to there car and takes it back from them and gave it to us. Terrible

I’ve been going to little Caesars for about 4 years and have been getting the same thing every time. Almost every time I’ve gone the food has always had some wrong with it. It’s either undercooked or they skimped on the pepperonis. Even after being remade the problems continue. When asked to be remade the cooks are usually very rude about it to other employees. When the food is made right it’s delicious but it never is. Bring back chip and Mike the food wasn’t always perfect but they always made sure it got fixed.

Huge shout out to the team at Little Caesars in Salina, KS! We had set up on Saturday for an order for tonight of 27 pizzas at 5 o’clock and 47 pizzas at 7 o’clock, and they handled it like total rock stars. 🙌
Not only was the order perfect, but they were fast, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. Special thanks to AnnElise, the manager, for being so accommodating and making it all happen. Our boys were fed, happy, and very thankful—and so are we!
Highly recommend this location for their incredible service and ability to handle big orders with ease.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. The pizza was raw dough, the wings were disgusting, the staff was rude and claimed they were brand new workers and didn't know much. We heard them talking saying to not wash the pans just run water on them and let them dry in the oven. When I went back the next day to talk to management another newbie claimed management wasn't there and would be back later. When asked for a corporate number they said they don't know and to google it. Only eat here if you like being verbally abused and poisoned!

Went in Yesterday to place a simple order and waited for a very long time. Also it seemed like there was new management there which wasn't friendly even though I knew it was a Friday which would be busy and to wait for a cheese pizza but the manager said to me it's busy do you really want to order!!

To run a business, one must provide excellent service. Store 645-E5 is lousy in that respect. I think everyone needs to go to the Chick-fil-A School of Hospitality. Know your store's product, and learn how to talk to your customers instead of the candy and gum you're worried about eating and putting in your mouth. This generation of employees does not surprise me. The pride people put in their work is horrible and not GenX. If it were my store, we would be close to revamping it for good employee service.

Sure, it’s cheap and whatever, but they take so long to make the pizzas, ran out of boxes, so they had to cut up our pizza to fit in tiny boxes. And they messed up like three orders while we were waiting. Told us it would be about 15 minutes, and it was just shy of 40.

I used to love our little cesars. Not so much anymore... yea the pizzas are cheap bust used to be cheap and super good... now if u get it out of the warmer (count on it havin been in there a while. Seems like its always over cooked and or extra chewy with the cheese no longer anywhere near melted... Luke warm.. Dont kno if they quit caring about their business or therer customers or both. Too bad, Been goin there forever, dont think ill be continuing.
