I went in just to order their puffs. I wanted to see how they were made so I would try them at home. I got 4 puffs and was so full I now have to wait to make them another time. They had this garlic sauce in the middle of the puff that was so delicious I'm not sure I could duplicate.

Guy working the counter was very temperamental. Wouldn’t let me finish my sentence when I was trying to explain they had forgotten an item and we called and the manager said he’d make it right. He walked back to the manager, gets the items and proceeds to hand them to me as if in inconveniencing him. I leave and get home to find out they aren’t even the correct items that were forgotten. I just wanted out of there and didn’t check to make sure they were correct. But maybe have him work in the back and one of the high schoolers up front.

Everytime there is an issue the staff is not super friendly. Order is wrong more than half the time. We ordered a $9.49 stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and sure enough when we got home it was just a regular pepperoni we just over paid $3 for. Then you try and call and they put you on hold for 15 minutes. Sounds like they have a new manager and he was pretty helpful on the phone so I'm hoping this guy can turn this location around so we don't have to never go back! However should have mentioned when we were at the store that they didn't have stuffed crust, not send us home with a less valuable option and hope we don't notice it. Did get a refund, but it shouldnt have been handled that way. Could have offered an extra pizza or breadsticks at the store instead of sneakily giving us the wrong pizza and only mentioning it when we called.

So I have never had experience this in my life trying to order pizza in my from here till Tuesday on the 24th. Lets start out from the beginning so I had placed an online order to the store during the last hour online and that went smoothly. Now my sister on the other had had to call in for an order. We had called then one time, and they picked up and told us to hold on so we do. 20 seconds go buy and I get disconnected okay maybe they had done it on accident. We called again and hung upped on us, called again and hung up on again. We CALLED over 6 TIMES! each time getting hung upped on or being told to hold and nothing. Finally we get this like third party site for the company and they finally took our order like I get it if they was busy but thats not half of it. So we finally get there and to our surprise the lights on the main sign where off when we got their at like 7:20pm and it was a mother and son, then me and my sister. Like I've never herd of someone doing this i get it we ordered at the last hour and it was during the holiday, but we eached ordered simple one topping pizza as well as got there way before closing. Honestly the worse customer experience I've ever had and just kinda disappointed.

Ordered 2 extra most bestest pizzas and got one that was clearly a regular hot n ready from the case that wasn't fresh, didn't find out til we got home. One was cold and hard with barley any toppings/cheese and the other was nice and fresh. I'm not sure how they thought we wouldn't have noticed.

Every time we order from here they mess up something wether it be something simple like adding extra butter to the bread, or just giving us something we didn’t order, whether we go in or call they just don’t listen.

I ordered a delivery order and was missing a Pizza I was home watching game my wife had Conference call only way we told we get are food was come get it we was unable no so why we payed for delivery

Got a hot and ready pizza and I think it's been sitting there for hours, kinda looks like pizza from the pilot flying J truck stop ?? not to thrilled

If there was a no stas given option that is what I would have chose.
I asked for 3 of their ready to go pizzas. When getting ready to pay I was told by the employee that I had to order online because he didn't know how to work the computer.
I was paying with cash. He took the pizzas from me and said well I'm sorry I guess you can't get them if you aren't ordering online. .
So long story short they refused my service because no one knows how to do their job. And because I was paying cash.

Absolutely disgusting, the pizza tasted like it's been in the warmer for three days, we will NOT be going back. It's almost as expensive as other actual pizza places now so there's no reason to go here anymore.

Went in service was nice but food was awful ,raw and they won’t do nothing about it fix it then they was rude left us on hold because they can’t do they job properly
