We have been so pleased with the service, attention to detail, and quality of the food received on our three separate visits. Most recently our kids were in town Saturday and it was so nice to have this place to rely on. I appreciate the Gluten Free bread substitutions and other menu choices I can enjoy.

Awesome first experience McAlister's! Greeted by a super friendly cashier. He shared his recommendation with me since this was our first time. Service and food was great. All 3 gentlemen we interacted with were super friendly and checked in on us throughout our meal. I liked to see how supportive the staff was of one another. Definitely will visit again!

I placed my order on the McAlister’s app for delivery and DoorDash or the ones that were supposed to deliver. Apparently the Dasher thought that it was a good idea just to place my order by a door and take a picture of it. Needless to say, I did not get my food from DoorDash. I called McAllister’s and they double checked to find out what was going on and there will be a credit issued by DoorDash and McAllister’s is redelivering my food personally. That’s above and beyond good customer service I highly recommend this McAllister’s.

I’ve been to some bad McAlister’s but this is far from it. Great food, great service and very friendly, and very clean. I only pass through when traveling back to Colorado but I’ll definitely make it a stopping point tradition. Would recommend to anyone, not like most McAlister’s, they really do care here!

Great deals when you utilize the App. If not for promotions and rewards on their App, we'd never eat here, cuz would be way to over priced for the small portion sizes.Parking: This place has the absolute worst parking...so all and narrow...you can barely get around the building...and uf you park behind the building youd better be driving a small car and not a for f150 4x4

Happened upon McAlisters on our way through Salina and we were blown away by how friendly the staff was on a Sunday afternoon. I wouldn’t think of a semi “fast food” restaurant to have that neat of an ambiance and exceptional service. Would highly recommend!

I’ve eaten here several Times and never had any bad or subpar food until today. I ordered a grilled chicken club and a New Yorker sandwich. The chicken club was very sloppily put together and looked like it was just thrown in the box. The sandwich itself tasted great but did not look appealing. The New Yorker sandwich was soggy and the bread was flattened. The New Yorker has a great taste and very flavorful. Not sure if the cook is having a bad day buti won’t hold this against them. They still make a great sandwich.

I enjoy the food but the Salina location has issues with getting the customizations right. 6 out of 7 times there were mistakes made. From wrong drink to wrong bread to wrong ingredients on sandwich or salad. I realize this can be high paced and stressful at times but slow down a microsecond and take the time to read and follow customer customizations.
