McDonald's in Salina

“First I will note that no fast food place will ever get a 5 star rating simply because the employees are not paid a living wage, eventhough pay has increased(with inflation has it really tho?) which detracts motivation and rightly so. They function primarily as a quick and cheap service which never can equate to quality. However, with this in mind and in other words if you are not completely oblivious to reality and how/why service from these places are a "get what you pay for" grading scale experience then this place really only has an easily overwhelmed(as in slow when busy) issue that I wouldn't be surprised is more due to being understaff and overworked but again that is only my speculation knowing that corporate greed only increases over time and the typical wide spread corporate strategy is to cut cost and labor to an extreme and barely sustainable level for as long as possible and when the place finally becomes unsustainable they discard people like they're nothing and either remodel and reopen or they relocate and thus the cycle repeats. Or I'm wrong. Whichever you want to believe this establishment is an average and acceptable place to acquire cheap food.“

“I haven’t ate here but I’m door dashing across United States and since I had to wait a few min they offered me a drink and I really really appreciate it and am very happy with there service and very polite they 100% awesome .. just made my day“

“I visit this place early in the mornings and they have very good service at that time. I can't speak for the rest of the day or other shifts because I really don't have the opportunity to visit at those times. I'm pretty happy with this particular McDonald's as they seem to have some decent people staffing the place.“

“Stopped for lunch on our drive from Seattle to the East Coast. Clean, minimalist, and comfortable. Cashier was new and provided good service by getting manager when I asked for something unconventional.

Wheelchair accessibility: A couple, a person pushing the other in a wheelchair, were coming up the ramp to the door and the cashier was quick to hold open the door for them. (It was manageable without assistance, but service is good.). The couple sat at a table with good access.“
