Like many MCD's, this one has been remodeled to remove the fountain drink station, and ordering is through apps and kiosks. (I wonder if we'll see humans in future MCD's?) These changes reduce the atmosphere and hospitality. Refills? Yeah, now we have to inconvenience a worker...I think contactless models also reduce order accuracy... For example, two of our burgers were ordered without buns, but came with them. Quickly fixed, but should have been right the first time. Humans minimize errors like this.Probably the burger-slip should START with "No Bun", but the computer Ends it with this line.

Worker at the counter was extremely weird, stood staring at us, wouldn’t take orders at first, until we walked away and finally decided to help us. She very obviously wreaked of weed, left in the middle of taking an order to give her friend a free drink. Coffee that I ordered obviously didn’t have any sort of caramel or sugar that I asked for. Overall strange experience, but made for a somewhat entertaining breakfast.

The gal at the counter was very pleasant, however ever I ordered a Sausage egg McMuffin without cheese for $4.29. The pick ticket on the bag shows 1 says egg McMuffin no American cheese exactly what I ordered. Opened the McMuffin when I got in the car …. what do I find?? An English muffin and a sausage patty with NO EGG!!!!!! Paid full price for half of the ingredients!!! Looks like the assembly line needs training or at best be taught how to read what’s on the ticket!!!

Ordered 2 sandwiches without ketchup and they scraped off the ketchup instead of toasting new buns when I called to tell them about it and suggested they train there people better the manager said they train there people great and the person working in The kitchen does a great job. Then she hung up on me when I asked for the owners phone number.If that is a great job you should start over from the top down

Employees are more worried about arguing than taking care of customers. Table sign literally says “we will bring your food to you” cashier set it on the counter and basically sprinted away. And yall want $22 an hour? Yeah right. Maybe if yall stop throwing hands back there and do your job maybe you’ll get $22 an hour. Your “service” is barely worth $2. I said what I said.

Ticket #871 10-18-23 ordered at 7:23. I stood there in the lobby for a few minutes with no greeting and no one coming up to take my order. So I ordered on the self serve kiosk. Food got to me at 745 and I left only to realize they didn't give me my drinks so walked back. The front desk person said they were sorry.They HEAVILY prioritize the drive thru over the lobby. 15 cars came and went while I waited for my very simple order. When someone finally came up to start taking orders I asked about mine and she said I had a "big order", but as you can see in the receipt I only had 2 happy meals and a chicken sandwich, so I don't see that being a big order.People that come into the lobby may be in just as much of a hurry as the people in the drive through but I'm sure they don't get graded the same.Hope their service to inside customers improves.

It seems like this location has lot more trouble with hearing over intercom??? This was the 3rd time they got order wrong in the last month. Ordered large orange HiC..... what I received.... medium unsweetened tea with no ice. Hmmm. Drive thru was super backed up and slow. Lunch rush???? IDK. This was at 2
