I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like this location needs some serious attention. Something as simple as pouring a Diet Dr Pepper is consistently done wrong, and it’s become a regular issue. Most recently, I had to go through the drive-thru three separate times because my mom’s order was incorrect every single time. It’s extremely frustrating when basic accuracy and attention to detail seem to be completely lacking. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the customer experience here has been disappointing for quite a while.

We befriend companies’’ employees everywhere that we can, who have been such big blessings in our lives, often making lifetime friends. We are senior citizens in our 70s. The stop at this restaurant was our first stop in town today, having traveled over 600 miles in the past couple of days. Surprisingly and very sadly, a front-end employee at this establishment communicated in such an extremely rude, abusive, hateful manner, exhibiting no customer service skills, such that we decided not to place an order. The employee was female and seemed perhaps to be at some sort of management level. We are hopeful that top management and the owner(s) of this establishment will address this urgent job training/coaching need and will assist this employee to provide polite, kind, respectful customer service to others in the future. We ordered sweet-and-sour sauce for both of our chicken nuggets, only got barbecue sauce. Cold soggy fries ordered only no onion on the burger came with only cheese I ordered sweet tea got regular tea our receipt was everything I ordered but almost everything came wrong and the guy at the window had me repeat my order multiple times and still got it wrong he was very hard to understand

This is the cleanest McDonalds I have seen for a while. The service was good and the staff friendly.

The service at this McDonald’s has been consistently disappointing. Simple requests like removing or adding a condiment are often ignored, which ends up wasting time and creating frustration.
Fast food is supposed to be quick and easy, but instead I’ve been met with a lack of care and respect from staff. It shouldn’t be difficult to listen to customers and make sure their orders are correct, yet that seems to be a recurring issue here.
I’m not just speaking for myself I know others in the community have experienced the same treatment. I truly hope management steps in to improve training, customer service, and attention to detail.
This location could be much better if the staff made the effort to listen and treat customers respectfully.

The food wasn’t really the problem more so none of the Crew Members & Managers were not paying much attention and talking when I had a to go order they handed it to me on a tray then made me bag my own food, this might be a small problem but every time I come here I never get a straw with my drinks.

This is my go to Mcdonald’s! for when I want cold food that takes way to long to be served. I seriously had to go home and microwave my food because i didn’t want to wait another 15+ minutes for a McChicken. On top of that I could’ve paid $0.20 less each for my McChickens at a different location and i would’ve received a warm sandwich in a timely manner.
