You need to drug test your staff in this establishment. It was obvious that you had several tweakers. And I mean your management in this store. That were under the influence while they were serving people and very rude. Loud and just unprofessional. It was ridiculous. I will not be back to this location. It's the only bad location in salina

The store is FILTHY. Food all over the floor grease built up on the walls. Went in around 3pm, wasn't busy just disgusting. And to apologize, they gave me a flat burger and lukewarm fries all dumped on the bottom of the bag! This store sucks, and they have news staff constantly because rightfully nobody wants to work there.

Nuggets and apple pie were way overcooked the apple pie had a sticker on it that said enjoy by 12:50 pm, it was 4:15 pm and you could tell it was old, service was great, employees were very helpful!

Obviously missing food then was all the way back at Bennington. Found out no fries lol. The manager couldn’t wouldn’t help unless come all the way back costing me more fuel etc and to be late. Why can’t she just get me credit or voucher next time we here. More managers imo. Or upper management.

The food is good here, but I ordered my breakfast online well before 10:30, which is when this locations breakfast ends, and i went inside to ask for my order which i accidentally set for drive thru, they told me i couldn’t pick it up inside so i went through the drive and they gave me my recipe and told me they’d have my order out soon and to park in a stall, so i did. then a worker came outside and told me i couldn’t get my food bc the order went thru after 10:30, when i got my physical recipe from going through drive NOT when i actually ordered on the app. didn’t even get my food, so make sure you time everything right when ordering breakfast from here ?
