This McDonald on Crawford road in Salina Kansas have the worse .customer service ever the drive through is terrible the person who took my order was so rude and even curse at me.now I’m sending a email to corporate about him now I’m worried that he did something to my food smh I’m giving the place a 0000 I’m gong to take a pic of him and post it so everyone can see who he is

We have been here twice first time the order wasn't correct but they did fix it. Today we decided to order breakfast on the mobile app, ordered it arrived waited in the drive thru to get to the speaker, got up there it was 1031 provided the code but the lady at the speaker said it was pass the breakfast time and they no longer had the items to complete our order even though it was ordered before 1030 and showed in progress. Left there without anything. We decided we will just not visit this location anymore. Management needs to review the customer service and do something to improve it.

Just order a 20 piece chicken nugget the guys told us they didn’t have it then we ordered and 2 10 piece chicken nugget just for him to tell us he doesn’t have it then he told us he has a 7 piece lol that guy definitely don’t know the menu…. Luckily there are other McDonald Togo that actually know the menu

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like this location needs some serious attention. Something as simple as pouring a Diet Dr Pepper is consistently done wrong, and it’s become a regular issue. Most recently, I had to go through the drive-thru three separate times because my mom’s order was incorrect every single time. It’s extremely frustrating when basic accuracy and attention to detail seem to be completely lacking. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the customer experience here has been disappointing for quite a while.

We befriend companies’’ employees everywhere that we can, who have been such big blessings in our lives, often making lifetime friends. We are senior citizens in our 70s. The stop at this restaurant was our first stop in town today, having traveled over 600 miles in the past couple of days. Surprisingly and very sadly, a front-end employee at this establishment communicated in such an extremely rude, abusive, hateful manner, exhibiting no customer service skills, such that we decided not to place an order. The employee was female and seemed perhaps to be at some sort of management level. We are hopeful that top management and the owner(s) of this establishment will address this urgent job training/coaching need and will assist this employee to provide polite, kind, respectful customer service to others in the future. We ordered sweet-and-sour sauce for both of our chicken nuggets, only got barbecue sauce. Cold soggy fries ordered only no onion on the burger came with only cheese I ordered sweet tea got regular tea our receipt was everything I ordered but almost everything came wrong and the guy at the window had me repeat my order multiple times and still got it wrong he was very hard to understand
