In the middle of an ice storm, cars all over the road, multi car pile ups all along I-70, pull off to use the restroom, order food and find a place to stay as continuing to travel is unsafe. I have to access the lobby because my rig doesn't fit under the clearance. I get yelled at by Jim, the manager that the lobby is closed and I cannot use the restroom and demand to know how I got into the lobby. I told him i used the front door.... it isn't locked.
