I placed a mobile order and went through drive thru but apparently it was at the mobile station. The fella in the empty drive-thru told me I could pick it up there. I park and as I'm walking into McDonald's, he's bringing it out to the mobile station. It wasn't ready I could have stayed in my car in drive thru. So I'm thinking such poor customer service, he's getting a review. Then around the corner bounces Alyssa, with a smile she asked had I been helped, she quickly got what I needed, and went back around the corner. I waited to find out her name so I could let her know she was the ray of sunshine I needed yesterday.

I ordered at the kiosk since no one was at the counter. It took 30 minutes to get my food to go. When I asked when my food would be ready after 25 minutes they told me it would be out. People who came in after me and was able to order at the counter got their food WAY before me. Food was like warm.
