Completely new review. 2/28/2026 We ate here after a concert at the Steifel Theatre. So I don't know how Salina can charge a dollar more for a shake than every other mcdonald's in the united states. But I am absolutely done with this store.Their service is terrible. These kids get paid fifteen dollars an hour and can't even give you a napkin. My review is over their price. Your prices are wrong and they are not in line with every other mcdonald's, And therefore, you get a negative review. I do not recommend this store ever.

Not one to leave a review, but here I am.. I’m recommending anyone who goes to THIS establishment, might want to check your actual FOOD unwrapped before heading home and check for Long Black hairs sitting smack down in the middle of your McDouble… it just happened to me.

Went on date with my grandson shopping in Salina & 🥰❤️ decided to get something to eat before we got back on the road. Was really impressed with the customer service at the drive through.. Nowadays, it's to few and far between, that when we get it, we have to share.. 💯👏🏻🫶🏻

Misinterpretation of our order, wasn’t exactly what we expected, order came with Canadian bacon(didn’t order) cost more than expected to pay! Manager refunded us at pickup window and apologized for incorrect order! Atmosphere n/a!

Slow service on a Sunday morning eat in! Be prepared to wait
I placed a mobile order and went through drive thru but apparently it was at the mobile station. The fella in the empty drive-thru told me I could pick it up there. I park and as I'm walking into McDonald's, he's bringing it out to the mobile station. It wasn't ready I could have stayed in my car in drive thru. So I'm thinking such poor customer service, he's getting a review. Then around the corner bounces Alyssa, with a smile she asked had I been helped, she quickly got what I needed, and went back around the corner. I waited to find out her name so I could let her know she was the ray of sunshine I needed yesterday.
