Couldn't put curbside parking number in app so I went inside made eye contact said hello and waited several minutes before being asked what I needed, I told them and was handed my food that by now was a flat whipped cream iced mocca, no apologies just a look that said " you did it wrong". This and there so called meat is why I only go here for breakfast, because it's her favorite. Great deals on app.

If I could give service a zero I would, waited almost 20 minutes for food that was not even warm, then when all we did was ask if it was fresh, the employee soon to find out was a manger didn’t even answer and said I hope you enjoy another 15 minutes waiting, like what kind of customer service is that, let alone from management. Definitely need to re-train on customer service

Horrible customer service. Sat at the speaker for 8 minutes while nobody answered and the other line kept going, tried to use a deal for a buy one get one for a dollar breakfast sandwiches and they wouldn’t allow me to. i asked for a sausage and egg mcmuffin and a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle with no cheese and no egg so that i could use the deal. its worked in the past but they were so rude about it and kept changing the mcmuffin to a biscuit and adding bacon and a whole bunch of random stuff. 0/10 do not recommend this mcdonald’s.

Ordered food on the app on the phone and went there to pick up breakfast for my toddler then the manager ignored me and did not give me my food which I already paid. Show her the payment with the amount, date, time but she didnt care. she kept saying she wanted to see the phone who ever ordered and the location on the phone. i show her the location on the phone but she walked away and ignored me. can not believe the owner of the restaurant hire a manager likes her. do not recommend! we left the feedback but the owner and district manager dont even care.

They have fancy prices for mediocre burgers, but you can't beat their fries. They didn't have catsup dispensers. Was that another COVID cassualty? It was the day after Christmas, and the place was hopping. We played some cats games after the little ones were done with the play place. It was a fun family lunch.
