We eat at OC about every other week., but in the past two months service was slow, food was cold. We went back tonight, November 10, service was outstanding and we actually saw and talked to the manager tonight. We will now be back…

Bad kitchen management!! cut my hours . Went from 55-8hrs 🤣🤣🤣 Mike needs to figure something in the back with his current crew .

This place is the most terrible old Chicago I have ever been too. My friends came out of state to this place. Will never be back. The manager was clueless of what his workers were doing. A table of 11 people and they messed up so many orders. Some people didn't even get any food and had to get it to go. I would never recommend this place for anyone. I hope it gets closed down.

I ordered on the app at 717pm for a 745pm pickup. At 818pm, we finally left as they couldn't get our mobile order correct. Our food was wrong, no sauces in the calzones, food was cold as it all came out at different times. The manager did a poor job of trying to rectify the situation. This is not the first time we've had issues with orders and having to have food remade. We will not return to this location.

We were seated quickly enough after we arrived, but we were left with menus for over 25 minutes without anyone ever coming to take our drink orders. The servers were all just standing around the computers at the front and by the kitchen. We were either forgotten or ignored, so we left. Also, based on other recent reviews here, this seems to be a persistent recent problem at this location that needs to be resolved.

First visit to this OC in Salina. I really liked the atmosphere.

Won’t be coming back. Food was okay I guess. Service was terrible and everyone acted like we were crazy for asking how much longer it would be. Alliyah had quite the attitude and made sure to let us know she was the manager? I wouldn’t be telling people that. Good luck to you guys. I’ll stick to the one in Manhattan!

My son took me there for Father's Day. There was a delay on my order, so three employees apologized. They also gave me a free appetizer! It's our go-to place in downtown Salina.

Food was average for bar/grill. The service was awful. Place was nearly empty. Staff standing around talking. Took 20 minutes to get water and another 20 minutes before our order was taken.

Pizza is terribly overpriced went in by myself and spent 45$ +5 tip on a medium pizza and 6 wings pizza was great but the prices are outrageous don’t go here unless your willing to spend especially if you’re drinking alcohol

Our service lady Amanda twice called my adult son lady .I had to speech up and tell her his a man. He doesn't have long hair. Time on ticket 1:26 pm.Sunday. Food was good..

We sat down next to a big table of people our server looked at me 3 times and never came over to the table, the manger then had the gull to come and ask how we are doing we never got a drink or any food we got up and left I hope that server enjoys his small tip that table left because I tip very well at least a 40 dollar tip on what I was willing to spend there
