Orange Julius’ are great, they don’t serve them at this location.
Food was prepared accurately and in short order! DQ brings back great memories, for me, of when my grandfather would bring me here for dipped cones.
I am changing this to a recommendation, because the owners reached out and apologized on behalf of their staff. They have righted the wrong, explained what all went on, and we feel everyone deserves another chance. To Charlie, I hope your employees learn from this, and get better at handling a mix up crisis. I worked retail, I get it, bad days are never fun, but you have to learn from the experience and grow. I know a good chunk of all fast food employees are young, but remember this is training for the real world you'll soon enter one day. Take the advice seriously, and learn to accept your mistakes and fix them accordingly.

my family went through drive thru and we ordered a kids meal for my daughter. they tried to tell me that her side item was in place of her icecream. I also ordered a chicken strip basket with extra gravy which cost me .40 cents. I did not receive MY EXTRA GRAVY! I am over it. will not be going back!
my daughter and I went through drive-thru and I ordered her a chicken strip basket and a orange julius. And I was told they no longer carry them ( mind you signs are still posted everywhere) and so I asked for a rootbeer for her and I was told the soda machines where broken. And then I ordered shrimp basket for myself and asked for gravy instead of shrimp sauce and I was told they couldn't do that and then it would cost extra. I didnt get one Sorry for anything. I will not being coming back. I expect better customer service then this. We were not offered any other choices for drinks.
We waited 20 min for our order there was a bunch of employee running around and nothing getting done. Our shakes and peanut buster parfait horrible the buster had no chocolate and like 3 nuts. Very angers and won't go back.
I am a regular customer and here as of late the service and quality of product has become questionable. I routinely get blizzards for my son and they have been less than desirable. The ice cream has been runny and they seem to “short change†you on the amount you get for what you pay for. They need to have a manager there on all shifts in my opinion, high school kids don't know how to run a restaurant.

Y'all don't put boabas or bubbles as I call them, in your smoothies. When I asked of y'all did I get a ride a** response, b**** was like no we real no juice. Well hello b**** Duh, it's a smoothie, you use real fruit f***tard. And boabas (bubbles) has real juice on them. And since you wanna be a all snart about it, if you used them you might actually get more businesd. Because it's actually all the hype these days. Adding bubbles to smoothies.
