I came to Panera today and it has been quite some time since I have been here. I came with a friend who had never been here. This experience was top notch! Jackson and Dalton not only helped us find our selection, but ensured we were taken care of, comfortable and were again courteous beyond belief. This team is a team that deserves recognition for their exemplary service. Highly recommended and I will only come back to this location from Now on.

I'm a bit of a creature of habit, and I tend to eat at this Panera several times a week. The food is good, and the kitchen staff are great, always greeting me when I pick up my order. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, and provides a nice place to relax and read. The staff are super friendly and helpful and, in particular, Kaylei always drops by to say hello and see how things are going. Highly recommend!

I love Panera Bread. In Kentucky location sandwich was amazing- packed with chicken meat! Fruit cup had strawberry, blueberry, pineapple and cantaloupe. BUT. In Kansas location sandwich was 30% smaller, only 3 pieces of chicken and fruit cup had pineapple and cantaloupe no other fruit! No consistency in food served.

I eat at Panera in Derby and would give them 5 stars. Forgot about the one time on Mother's day I stopped at the Salina restaurant. Wait time was over an hour. Only one man was fixing food. While I like cooler temperatures, it felt like it was 50° there. Derby is a much better place to eat. I did think about getting a refund in Salina and going elsewhere. And probably should have. I ended up with low blood pressure and had a difficult time getting home after visiting the cemetery.
We came in and stood at the counter in the empty restaurant for several minutes while employees walked around behind the counter ignoring us. Finally I said “excuse me can someone wait on us?” The manager said “I am also working in back” . We then left to go eat elsewhere.
