They were very slow to get the food out. Order soup and sandwich. They dished the soup up first and then made the sandwich. By the time they got the sandwich ready the soup was cold.
I encounter one employee, I think her name was Kaili, this girl rocked it. Helping every customer with getting their ice, serving their food, super friendly, taking out trash and picking up plates. Deserves praise for sure
