Dominic, is the best person I have ever dealt with when it comes to CS. I called in because I got a weird message from the app. He was polite and honest immediately about being short a driver but assured me the order would be here and fresh! I got a papa update and within one minute Dominic called me professional asking if I was Tyler and let me know he held putting my pizza through the oven to ensure freshness. Keep it up dude. Give Dominic a raise

No comment did not have a good experience at papa John's. Our pizza sat for 10 minutes without them telling us it was ready. My husband asked for a new pizza and the gentleman making the pizza got angry and started throwing things around. My husband asked for his money back and left.

Called to change my payment method and paid for my order by phone. Noone communicated to the driver and I had to wait while my food got cold because he had to verify what I told him. He was very nice and I give him 5 stars.
