The last two visits haven't been as good as the past. Our waitress,Connie, was friendly and attentive. The other waitress looked like she was ready to knock someone's head off. It took 20 minutes to get our meals. Must have been an off day.

Ordered a pie for my husbands birthday online 2 days early and paid for it. I received a confirmation email. Went to pick it up and they said they never got the order. Asked if I could wait 10 mins and they could get a pie ready. 20 mins later I left with a pie and late to pick my son up from school. Highly don’t recommend the online ordering. Staff was nice just an annoying situation.

Food was spot on and coffee kept hot. Our server was wonderful and mindful.The register was left un attended multiple times. The whole front of house was packed with people trying to come in and people trying to pay.Plenty of empty tables yet they were fairly slow to get people set and even slower to get you checked out after.

Stopped in and waited for 20 min at the door, and nobody even acknowledged us or all the other people in line. They lost about 10 customers as we waited, and then we finally gave up and left as well.
Watching the General Manager, Pepper, vape in the kitchen from my table was very surprising. Also was a little frustrated at our breakfast taking an hour and a half for 2 people.Parking: 50 spots to park. No problem finding parking. Think cracker barrel parking, a lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Many handicapped parking spaces, multiple ramps and wide halls to the bathrooms

I was ignored by several staff when I first entered and it took awhile to be seated. My drink and order was taken right away. My table wasn’t cleaned off very well and I found a few sticky spots. I ordered my club lightly toasted and it came out to what I’d call burned. It took 20 minutes to get the club so it wasn’t worth sending back.I didn’t get a refill on my drink till I was about done eating and that wasn’t even by my server. It was a different server. I waited a long time for a check that never came so I ended up walking to the front counter. Customers in front of me were ordering pies and they did not stock the boxes upfront so they had to go in the back and get some which delayed everyone else being rang out. The server I had was actually the general manager named Pepper. I would’ve complained about the service, but I didn’t see the point when the horrible service was provided to you by the general manager
