I was walking to get some books at the DAV thrift store and the sign caught my eye, after having done two tours in the Pacific and Southeast Asia a nice bowl of Ramen sounded wonderful. I tried the brisket and it was so wonderful I never took time for a picture LOL. Is spring rolls were lightly in their mouth feel, but with crunch then giving way to a bright vibrant Taste of the contents within.ðŸ¤

Driving through on a road trip- love pho and saw it was the only thing around for a while. Decided to risk it as it has a bunch of good reviews. For all the hype and great reviews I expected more. I asked for just noodles and meat as I have certain allergies/intolerances and can’t eat certain foods without getting sick. When I got back to my car, I found that my bowl had cooked bean sprouts. Everything was precooked, noodles were slimy, broth was insanely too sweet. It tasted like an instant broth. Took 15 mins to get the order and nothing tasted fresh. Not much meat, and the meat I had didn’t taste fresh. For $16 I would not recommend this to anyone. Definitely not as tasty as the reviews claim
Parking was impossible to find- had to park on the other side next to the nail salon after trying to figure out how to get in the parking lot.

Small truck, Big flavor! We've had nothing but excellent Pho & Ramen for this establishment. We are often waited on by Karen who always answers the phone with a cheerful tone. She gives us an accurate timeline for preparation, and great follow up.
Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten sensitivity and it's wonderful to have a place that caters to my health requirements.

I'm here at noon on a Saturday and nobody is around. The main entrance is open, but when I walked inside it was just a bunch of boxes and a big mess everywhere. The trailer out back should also be open, according to the posted hours, but nobody appeared when I knocked. ?

I absolutely love this place! The pho is incredible! The Vietnamese coffee and sugarcane juice is to die for. We drove from ft. Reily (an hr away) and it was absolutely worth it!!
We moved back to Salina after living in Lincoln NE for 5 years. I was so sad to leave behind the amazing Pho place we frequented, been over a year since we've had pho. Then my spouse found this today! This hits! Saving this to my faves in my Google maps <3

Food is great. Closest to authentic. The Bahn mi is delicious and so is the pho. One thing is the brisket is a bit fatty and hard to chew but other than that no complaints! I enjoy eating there once a month.

My daughter and I are Pho lovers . Finally made it over to try Pho Superman To Go and we weren’t disappointed! We both got the beef brisket pho with added bok choy and mushrooms and split an order of the egg rolls . Everything was delicious ! I love how they package the pho , was a generous portion size of the pho , and the broth base and special sauce was superb … The only thing I’d like to see a bit different is bigger size of egg roll sauce . The location was a bit tucked away but truly a hidden gem and we will be back !
