I went in and asked if I could get a pretzel made and they said yes. It was made and brought out to me in about 5 minutes. Delicious!!

Went to grab a pretzel bite box but the guy working there accidentally threw away my order ticket? I asked if mine was ready as I noticed several people behind me were getting their orders fulfilled and he said he didn’t know where my ticket was, not “I’ll make some now,” just blankly stared even after I showed him my receipt. I asked for my money back. He had to call 3 people to figure it out.All in all, it took almost an hour. Sheesh.

Always seem to be closed or stuff is broken and they can't make anything I've had them tell me this multiple times some of the pretzels were not cooked all the way and still were

I came in order pretzel, and I wanted themmake me a new one. The girl she is very nice and ready to make for my order. Then a lady came out and stop her. Then she gave me old one with burn pretzel.then I wanted to get refund. She was mean and rude to me. She gave me the feeling of hatred later. That lady is so impolite and just want to run her mouth with me but I said I’m fine and I want a refund. The other girls they are very nice but not that rude lady. Get away from this restaurant.

Always went here . Decent place once in while to get a pretzel. Bites are good. But not my cup of tea . So went in one day. Was told no pretzels . Only pretzel bites . Was dough right there to make one. If given a reason why I could not have been made one been different story . Very disappointing . Thanks .

The cheddar cheese sauce is not cheddar cheese, it’s nacho cheese sauce. I grew up going to and loving pretzelmaker and this was so disappointing. The pretzel had good flavor but my boyfriends pizza pretzel bites had terrible flavor in the dough. I was tempted to ask for my money back.
Delicious pretzels, always hot and fluffy! And the employees are very kind and deal with mountains of orders well. I've been going through some financial difficulties, my uncle who raised me passed away and i was in student debt, and I couldn't afford to eat. Thinking I had some money to eat , I stopped by but my card declined. Turns out I was broke. This kind hearted employee covered my meal for me, I'll never forget that act of kindness :)I will say that there could be a better system in place, in terms of picking up your orders. For example, if f you ordered the same thing as someone else, it's easy to pick up their order even though they have been waiting longer than you. This isn't a problem most of the time, just in busy days. I'd recommend it though regardless :)
