Food was amazing. However, I had a mobile order, and when I walked in to pick it up, an older man decided to scream at me, with the intention to spook me, and when I jumped from being yelled at, he laughed. I believe one of the workers knew this older man, since they were all chatting like family. It’s very upsetting that this happened, and the workers did nothing about it, but encouraged the behavior.

My sweet and spicy chicken burrito was pretty good just the tortilla was a little chewy The guy working was friendly, but I wish I would have been welcomed upon walking in though; that's always nice.

We're from the Springfield MO area, and this is the best qdoba we've been to in a while. Ray and his staff were so friendly, and the food was amazing. Everyone was busy cleaning and prepping, but as soon as we walked in, they all began serving immediately. Thanks, Ray.You guys are doing a great job. Best customer service! Highly recommend!!

I am so disappointed!!! This evening, I went to pick up my online order and they hadn’t even started working on it. Once the girl finally started on my order, she put her GLOVED FINGER in her mouth and bit her knuckle. Then she used that same finger to pull her tshirt down by her neck. IMMEDIATELY AFTER, she sticks that same hand in the shredded cheese and puts it in the bowl of food. The order was also 10 minutes late

Came in with my family while on a road trip. Due to dietary restrictions this is the easiest place for my family of four to eat. Let me tell you, across five state lines, this is the best chipotle I have stopped at. Right when we walked in employees were helpful, asking us questions and ready to make our food. Elizabeth asked us if we needed anything extra since we were feeding kids, so she helped us make a to taco kids meal work for our two daughters. She changed gloves to avoid cross contamination for their mild allergy to wheat (when getting corn tortillas), Patrick noticed the rice looked sub-par and went to make more for us while Abby and Elizabeth helped us finish our order. Honestly some of the best service I've ever received at a restaurant. Food was delicious, meat was hot, beans were seasoned perfectly, chips were crisps and not over salted.

We’ve always been satisfied with the food but I’d like to acknowledge the service provided by the older gentleman that works there (I think his name is Ray). Every time we go in he always greets us with a big smile on his face and takes the time to speak to all of us. He’s an absolute delight, just warm and friendly to customers and coworkers alike. His joy and happiness is contagious ❤️
