Rind & Grind Smoothie Cafe

Went in a few days ago with my wife and was absolutely disgusted by the state of the restaurant. There were stains all over the counter, the blenders had all sorts of gunk on them, and the bathroom looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The organic breakfast sandwiches were far from organic and were made with store bought garbage. I paid 6$ for a bacon egg and cheese that was made with cheap low quality cheese and soggy bacon. The owner that served us had a very apparent stench coming from him that made both me and my wife nauseous. It is obvious that the owner doesn’t take care of his business and doesn’t care about the quality and cleanliness of himself nor the food and beverages he serves. I can safely say that neither me nor my wife will ever be getting anymore over priced low quality crap from Rind N’ Grind ever again.

I got a iced latte this morning and it really hit the spot. I haven’t been there in a while, but they were quick, and lots of intriguing things on the menu. I will go back!

If you haven't been here in a while. . . GO! They have added so much! Always great service too! Cant wait for an Acai salad bar!!! Wink, wink. 😉

Vegetarian options: Aside from the bacon on breakfast sandwiches, not a lot of meat in food. They are so great though, they will make it just the way you want!

Dietary restrictions: Need high potassium and sodium for a disease I was just diagnosed with.

Parking: Weekdays are a little tougher due to all the other businesses around.

Wow! What a wonderful adventure for our family today. We were treated so kindly and the food and smoothies are amazing! We will definitely be back. Thank you to the gentlemen that was kind to our very tired 4 year old. He was a blessing in our day !

I go here quite a bit and usually have no problem. However, the last time I was there I called back after picking up my order as I had purchased the Orange AM Therapy, which I had never tried before. I called because I was concerned they had put strawberries in it by mistake, and I am allergic and the girl I spoke to assured me that it was the beet powder that made it that color. However, an hour after I consumed the drink, I broke out in hives and my face was itching. Very disappointed this time around.

I initially went looking for a smoothie King and did not find one in this town but I did find rind and grind which I like very much. The staff is friendly. The smoothies are reasonably priced and they've got a nice selection of tasty smoothies and some other items. I visit this place regularly and plan to do so continuously while I'm in town for 2 months. Feeling your belly with a nice fruit smoothie is much better than weighing yourself down with fast food junk food, which makes you feel like you need to lay on the couch for a few hours. After one of these smoothies. I still have some pep and get up and go.

Loved it! The overall atmosphere and food was amazing. I went in to get a new açaí bowl and I absolutely recommend! Now one of my favorite places to come to and grab a drink and food.
