They are quick to get your order out and are spotter friendly but you have to repeat your order several Times because the taking in there is so loud which also makes it hard for customers to hear them as well

My son and I went to Sonic on Marketplace in Salina. I hadn’t been there since I worked there years ago. The food was wonderful, and the onion rings were to die for. Our carhop was very friendly as well. We’ll definitely return!!

I pulled up to order, pressed the red button, and waited. And waited. And waited some more! They canceled my button push and never even took my order, let alone serve me! Never coming back. Choose a different restaurant.
This location is on my way to work so I typically stop by for just a drink, normally when I order at the location I get interrupted or they get my order wrong so I decided to get the app, whenever I get my order the server is normally monotone and seems just eager to walk away but today I had the opportunity to meet the server Jordan and he was polite and overall very friendly and amazing Would recommend getting the app to order and hope to get Jordan as your carhop!!

Spent $42 for family of four (one kid meal) to eat and didn’t get any sauces that I had in order, no straws, medium tot had 9 tots in the container. Footlong smashed as if something had been sitting on top of it. A bit disappointing.
