Had the worst service here the other day Barista was very very rude and couldn't make my drink right and then accused me of wanting a free drink. And coming back hours later to get another drink. I just wanted my drink made right. The drink down on the counter and then just walked away without even saying my name or if it was my drink or not. Should have left it there.

One this visit, things were different. My blueberries were drying up and wrinkled. I showed and told the barista I was going to trash them. She said, "Okay." Never once was I offered a different package or refund. The behavior this visit was not the normal. And she was in charge so I had no alternative.

I came at 745 am and there were 3 people inside the cafe and one car in the drive through. I waited 25 minutes for an americano. I asked about it multiple times and was told it was next, meanwhile 20+ cars come and go in the drive through. I did not have a car that fit in the drive through so i had to walk in. This is more like a sit down starbucks where you wait an hour for your order to come out. Next time i would hope they have the decency to tell me to have a seat and wait an hour to be served 🤣 Yall suck.

I just gave birth to my daughter yesterday and my husband and I were headed home today to introduce her to her brother. Little did my pregnancy brain realize, but I put my order in at our home Starbucks, almost 2 hours away. When I tell you, without knowing anything but that and they took care of me to every bit of my order. I am so appreciative. I frequent salina for groceries and Dr visits and will continue to come back to this Starbucks for their above average customer service. Thank you!!
