This is a beautiful little Starbucks coffee shop tucked away close to Central Mall in Salina, Kansas. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the desserts look delicious. The coffees are whole bean and they even have a gift center where you can purchase coffee as well to take home.

This location, while wonderfully convenient, consistently makes the most lackluster drinks I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. Of course, I'm most often ordering drinks that contain either coffee or espresso, so if you're getting yourself some Pinkity Drinkity, well, it's probably going to be just fine.
Service at the counter is dreadfully slow, so be prepared to stand around a bit while the baristas keep that drive-through churning. Sometimes you'll stand there long enough that you'll begin to wonder if the drive-though would have been a better idea. Face-to-face business is so pre-Covid...
And if, when you get home with that extra-shot-extra-hot Caramel Breve that your wife loves so much, only to find that you've just handed her a tepid, watery Latte??? Well, it's the thought that counts, right?
My advice? Go to any other location in town. Because those are your hard-earned dollars paying for that 7-dollar bit of sweetness. And you deserve better than this...

I'm not sure where they're finding these employees, buy can they share the secret?!! Every single visit is exactly what I expect- a friendly, upbeat voice and generally lickity-split service. The customer service is phenomenal no matter what day/shift. I hope management keeps these guys happy 🤌

Normally I dont leave reviews but I came through the drive tonight probably around 8pm and Keaton(not sure if Im spelling his name right, sorry!) did a phenomenal job!! Amazing customer service, was fun and enthusiastic, made my order quick and amazingly 👏 definitely the best experience I've had with any employee at that location, they're all so friendly but he went above and beyond so good job Keaton!🙌🙌
