Been here several times and those poor girls are always working alone the reason they're so rude is because there's people coming up all of the time so they're ALWAYS making a different drink(and they're always being told to hurry up).You people are really selfish for not being able to wait 10 minutes for a drink. A little patience and kindness goes a long way. Or just don't get coffee. You're in Dillons get stuff to make your own.

I stood at the counter for several minutes. One gal was making coffee and finally acknowledged me and said she would be right with me. Stood there some more and finally another woman asked if I had been helped. I said no not yet and she said she would be right with me. Then helped someone who wasn’t in line at the far end pickup counter. Still waited and no one ever came. The first lady that said she would help me just kept wiping and making coffee. If you don’t want to help customers then maybe this job isn’t for them.

Terrible service, stood at the cash register to place and order for about 10 mins before finally getting acknowledged and when I did the girl was completely rude and unfriendly. She seemed like she did not want to be there and like I was an inconvenience to her Everything about her was very standoffish. Terrible service.

I used to go there quite often and most of the time I was met with attitude and rude service. I always give the benefit of the doubt and be kind with them because everyone has their own problems but this has happened countless of time and I believe I’ve only been treated nicely twice. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but it’s happened one to many times.

I ordered a mocha with ice and an extra shot, while my party got a caramel macchiato on ice. Both drinks were extremely good, as well as the sandwich we received. They even offered our dog a pup cup, which was super nice, and she loved it! The service at this location is definitely above and beyond, and we appreciate it.

They got our order wrong twice. We were ignored as we tried to get their attention to correct the orders and get cream and sugar.
They don’t understand that when people are ordering Frappuccino that they WANT THE COFFE IN IT, they need to pay attention to what the customer orders… ordered white chocolate mocha Frappuccino, got white chocolate mocha CRÈME Frappuccino. Manager or owner please look at this and try to straighten it out.
