There was a blizzard warning and this was the only place open. There was ONE employee and a ton of people in line. It took over an hour and a half to be able to order, but the guy behind the counter was working as fast as he possibly could. I felt so bad that he was all alone (I know I would be frustrated). BIG appreciation for this guy!

I received excellent service at this location but the food preparation area was cordoned off, which was disappointing. In the past, this franchise was known for its transparency, allowing customers to see their food being prepared. I'm unsure if this change is specific to this location or a new standard across all franchises. The lack of transparency was unsettling, as being able to see the food being prepared was previously a comforting aspect of dining at Subway.

Manager (could have just been a more senior employee, but she was bossing the crew around) was in back complaining about something but coming from the service industry I can relate, maybe should have kept it quieter or moved to the walk-in as a few guests seemed uncomfortable.The guy that made my sandwich was clearly bothered by something but ran a pleasant transaction and made a great sandwich nonetheless.
